OMG, I wish I had read the previous review before I started dealing with this store. I went in to buy some vape cartridges. I told the the guy behind the counter (appeared buzzed) that I wanted 90+% THC cartridges. So he shows me one and I say, give me 5 of them. Well he gets me 5 carts and proceeds to ring them up. As it turns out he gave me 2 carts that were 90% and 3 CBD carts they were trying to get rid of. Well thos have almost no THC in them. When I discovered the deception I went back to the store to get the 3 carts replaced with what I asked for and paid for. Well while they admitted the mistake they told me to pound sand as far as replacing them. Then they said they would sell me the replacement cartridges for a discount (I can come to the store on Wednesdays and get the same discount) , but they weren't going to replace the CBD or give me my money back on them. Sorry, no customer satisfaction at our store. I told them the guy appeared stoned when he pulled this scam. She says to me, "Well that goes with the territory"! So great, the store is being run by a bunch of stoners! So no refund. Go somewhere else if you want any decent customer service. Never will go to this store again. There is a great pot store just a mile north on Bethel and they will get my future business. They have better prices anyhow I discovered. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store!!! read more

This is how much I love this place. I actually downloaded the yelp app specifically to leave a review for the crockpot. If you've never been here, change that today! If you've ever wanted to have your chance to select from a wide variety, in a safe and comfortable environment, look no more. They have a (figurative)garden for you to be hypnotized by. As well as a cornucopia of utensils that are amazing. Awesome people make up the work staff, the deals are phenomenal, and the posters and music are great too. Lol, this adds to the ambiance. Since cannabis became legal I've been excited to try it again as I haven't done it in many years! The thought of going into a recreational store was scary but the staff in Port Orchard were so friendly I might as well of been in a grocery store. So if that's a concern for you don't let it hold you back. They'll make you feel at ease shopping for the right product! I can't smoke anymore and while everything was a beautiful green and purple I knew I had to resign myself to edibles. The way things have changed amazes me. It used to just be a bag full of twigs and leaves! I ended up getting a tincture of something that tasted like big red gum and it certainly did the trick! I'll definitely be back. read more

Went in for the first time the other day and was very pleased with both the product that I purchased and the customer service. As a medical patient I was for some reason unsure how the quality was going to be, but turned out that the quality is pretty good just depends on how much you want to pay. I really like their Grunk spliffs. Well they call em joints but theyre really spliffs that comes with a little filter in em lol. Whatever they call em Ill take two more hahaha... And they have some really cool pieces and bongs set up in their shop area to check out. If you cant go to a dispensary then I suggest hitting up this place. read more

Great staff, very friendly and personable. Puts a person at ease. I've been smoking herb for 46 years, so all these new products are pretty mind bogging. What I like most about this store is their website. You can read what each strain does for you and they post the strength of the herb. A person can save a ton of money knowing the percentage of THC ahead of purchase. Another selling point is that they have daily deals on products.. I like that, makes you want to keep coming back. Out of all three recreational pot stores in Port Orchard; the CROCKPOT not only has the largest menu to choose from, but the staff there is knowledgable, friendly and eager to be of assistance. They have always answered my many questions patiently, and have never taken an attitude with me. I like that in a sales clerk...!! The edibles and ingestables are something I have been exploring, and I have yet to be disappointed by anything I have purchased there. Crockpot is the best recreational marijuana store in the Kitsap area! They have friendly staff, a clean welcoming atmosphere and great prices! Sometimes even lower then street prices and they have over 50 different strains of cannabis to choose from. I have never been disappointed with their products!
