Perfect for thick hair! The cashier confirmed this as well which made me feel confident and I can confirm they hold up with long, thick, hair. I asked if there were any discounts that could be given for the inconvenience. She told me sorry, no. I said okay as such I would be posting my situation online and in reviews and likely reporting them to bbb. I commented on a bunch of their posts on instagram they told me to call them immediately after they subsequently blocked me on instagram then requested a return to sender on the ups order that was already in my state for a the new and correct stroller which I paid for! They are ignoring my calls, emails and have not refunded me my money. This is my first and only experience with the company and I will be sharing this information on every platform I have- they have lost numerous customers from this and all I wanted was some accountability! It's all been extremely frustrating. I cannot say for the price it's worth it because I simply never received what I paid for. I've also seen other reviews of them sending out used strollers so.... Very disappointing customer service experience…read more I purchased a pair of kids' shoes from this Cotton On Kids location, and after only one day of normal use, the shoelace broke. The shoes were brand new, and this was clearly a quality issue that should have been addressed. I returned to the store and politely asked for a replacement or refund. Although I no longer had the paper receipt, I provided my Apple Pay transaction record as proof of purchase, including the payment information from the store. However, the store manager refused to assist me and did not make any effort to verify the transaction or provide a reasonable solution. I understand that stores have return policies, but a product that breaks after just one day of normal use should not be treated like a regular return. Customers should be able to expect reasonable support when they purchase a defective item. I am very disappointed not only with the product quality but also with how this situation was handled by the store management. I hope Cotton On Kids will improve its quality control and customer service training so other families do not have the same experience. I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this location unless the company improves how it handles defective products and customer concerns.

Had to pick up some items at the Irvine Spectrum today so decided to check Old Navy out for some workout clothes. Found a couple of leggings but what I was looking for were out of my size. When I got to the register, told the associate that the items I'm getting were priced higher than what I see in my email, which brought me into the store today. He asked me to show him the email, and once confirmed the exact items, he made the price adjustment to match the sale price, which are good for two days only. This store is very large and bright with many glass windows around the store. Nice and clean. Great customer service! Gotta come back and take more pictures now that I know I missed reviewing them.
