At first all was good, when we entered there was a couple other kids looking around so we allowed our kids to take a look around as well. My older daughter was having trouble deciding so my three year old son kept tossing around a dog he had decided on. While doing that he dropped it a few times on the floor, where a worker brought that to my attention, understandable, so I placed it in my basket. Finally we had all decided on a jelly cat and my son changed his option to another one I took a look at the dog and he was still in great condition so I put it back. When we were about to pay the cashier bluntly expressed if we would purchasing the dog since my son a dropped it. It wasn't the situation that frustrated me and it was the way I was approached about it. You know what I bought them all because I didn't want to ruin my children's experience that I had hoped would be different. She then tried to be nice about the situation but honestly my husband and me felt uncomfortable. We witnessed another child tossing and licking other stuff animals and left without buying anything, yet here we were buying 3 jelly cats and then almost forced to buy a fourth getting rude customer service. I asked if there were any discounts that could be given for the inconvenience. She told me sorry, no. I said okay as such I would be posting my situation online and in reviews and likely reporting them to bbb. I commented on a bunch of their posts on instagram they told me to call them immediately after they subsequently blocked me on instagram then requested a return to sender on the ups order that was already in my state for a the new and correct stroller which I paid for! They are ignoring my calls, emails and have not refunded me my money. This is my first and only experience with the company and I will be sharing this information on every platform I have- they have lost numerous customers from this and all I wanted was some accountability! It's all been extremely frustrating. I cannot say for the price it's worth it because I simply never received what I paid for. I've also seen other reviews of them sending out used strollers so.... I'm honestly really confused by the changes made at this location. I'm not someone who likes to…read morecomplain, but I genuinely don't understand how removing the downstairs registers is supposed to boost revenue. Cutting jobs, hours, and staff while also removing accessible options for customers doesn't improve the experience -- it makes it harder. Forcing people to take escalators or elevators just to make a simple return is wild, and it feels completely anti-customer service. Your associates look exhausted and unhappy, and getting help here is almost impossible. A one‑item return with a receipt and tags should never take ten minutes. These changes feel extremely anti‑ADA and show a lack of focus on actually taking care of customers. For a company making over $20 million a year, it's frustrating to see decisions that come off as cost‑cutting at the expense of basic service.

Very disappointing customer service experience…read more I purchased a pair of kids' shoes from this Cotton On Kids location, and after only one day of normal use, the shoelace broke. The shoes were brand new, and this was clearly a quality issue that should have been addressed. I returned to the store and politely asked for a replacement or refund. Although I no longer had the paper receipt, I provided my Apple Pay transaction record as proof of purchase, including the payment information from the store. However, the store manager refused to assist me and did not make any effort to verify the transaction or provide a reasonable solution. I understand that stores have return policies, but a product that breaks after just one day of normal use should not be treated like a regular return. Customers should be able to expect reasonable support when they purchase a defective item. I am very disappointed not only with the product quality but also with how this situation was handled by the store management. I hope Cotton On Kids will improve its quality control and customer service training so other families do not have the same experience. I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this location unless the company improves how it handles defective products and customer concerns.
