They purchased ductwork and other materials needed for both houses. They installed the duct work in one house and somehow this passed a rough inspection. Only flexible duct was used. There was no tape to hold the duct in place. At any time, the air handler could separate the duct. I was told, "It passed inspection." Obviously, this was an unacceptable installation and I have no idea if the inspector even did a walk-thru. I told him we were done and to return the unused materials. Needless to say, he stole the remainder of the materials and now won't provide and TIN or EIN for the 1099 that will be generated. STAY AWAY !!

While making conversation, I mentioned an electrical wiring issue and he said he would be happy to take a look. We scheduled an second appointment and he returned and had the issue fixed in a short period of time and for a reasonable price.

I did a little research. We trusted his opinion. We set a date, he arrived and was done in 9 hours. A side note. Ours was a little more complicated than most because it was an in wall air handler. The old unit was a Carrier which was not made any longer. So I was worried about the drywall being cut out too badly. Turns out only an 18" x 7" area needed to be patched. He gave us a 10 year warranty on parts and 5 year on labor. Rest is history.
