I called and was offered an appointment the next day! You'll need to provide the details of the deal when you call because they have several going at the same time. I received a text message introducing my technician when he was on his way. Preston A. showed up with a big smile and laid out a mat on my front porch. He explained what to expect and got right to work. While he was working, I asked him a dozen questions, and with a ton of personality, he took the time to answer each one. If an explanation was needed, he provided it. After replacing the air filter and closing everything up, he offered a coupon for a free tune-up in the fall! I'm sure this isn't always the case, but what great customer service! There were no big upsells, and the price was as advertised.
