I checked lots of local shops but Mark's knowledge of the older mechanism was the deciding factor. Final price was exactly what he quoted and the end result is perfect. It is a brand new old chair. This was a complicated chair and from top to bottom every stitch, tuck and fold is perfect. If you are looking for old school quality work that your willing to wait for go here. I have already dropped off another chair and ottoman for Mark and his crew to take care of.

I was baffled to be informed of this especially since we just had our car serviced 9 days ago at Titus Will Toyota for a full service, I informed them of my concerns about the car driving and if they recommend I replace all 4 tires or just the one with the spare; long story short Titus will said only the one tire not 4. 9 days later, I come to discount to get the one tire done just to be told it is highly recommended to change all 4 due to the baldness of the tires. At first, I'm not going to lie, I always feel like coming into repair places they're always trying to get the most of my money, so I heavily questioned Casey on his reasoning on why I needed to replace the tires and to my surprise, he was able to show me proof and had me get down on the tire level like he did so he could show me in person instead of just photo of how the tires look on the inside. The inside was getting near bald despite the rest of the tires looking fine so I'm glad he thoroughly had assessed my tire because this could've been very bad if those tires were to give out or fail while I'm driving, let alone breaking with my toddler in the car. Casey was able to get me a better deal on replacing all 4 of my tires and still ensured the tires I got were to the highest standards I need for everyday use. Overall very thankful and happy with my service here. Also side note: I believe his name is Kohl or Kolby(?) anyhow, a customer had come into the discount tire and kind of wasn't being the nicest with him, but despite that he remained calm and tried to explain everything to her. She still was pretty upset and told him that she didn't like the way he was talking to her (he never changed his tone, honestly if anything this dude was killing it with kindness) and even at the end when she was like "no I want you to look at my vehicle" he still said "okay, just please drop of your keys and we will take a look. Thank you". I commend his professional a lot.

They offer free air check and very reliable prices for their tires. I always buy the road hazard insurance because it offers peace of mind. If you drive a AWD vehicle and have an issue with one tire this plan really makes a difference. I f your tires are 3/32 different between your other tires and a new tire you need to replace all of them on a AWD vehicle If you bought the tires warranty you're able to get them all replaced. That's total customer care and support. I usually make an appointment for tire rotation which are free and it prevents me from spending hours waiting Amazing experience and service.

To the uninformed, this looks like fear. Besides, I'd already invested $!!! per yard with my favorite decorator, on custom-ordered, high tech, stain-proof upholstery fabric, and wanted the cushions to turn out pristine and well-crafted, with uniform pattern repeat on each chair. OK, so "perfect." Supposedly, recovering dining chairs is simple. I thought I'd do it, but the fabric arrived, and it was so beautiful -- like a fairy-tale treasure which I didn't want to ruin by my own hand. While cradling the roll of fabric and tenderly professing my awe at its beauty, I decided to spend real money and hire an expert. A trusted friend recommended Emoja. He was open on a Sunday until 9 p.m.! Now, that's someone who knows how to work weekends. My job was to remove the cushions from the chairs and bring them to his shop. I numbered each one, so reattaching them would be simpler as the screws would line up. He humored me, and put a little tape with numbers 1-6 under each seat, so as to not mess with my overcompensating brain. My text conversations with Emoja are pretty laughable. I texted him to make sure that the pattern repeats would be the same on all six chair cushions, because if they weren't it would bother me all my days. I made sure to tell him that I'm a wedding florist, and for my own daughter's wedding reception, the florists who helped me went from place-setting to place-setting, checking utensils and glassware, asking the country club staff to buff water spots off of a piece here and there, "because Julia would notice!" I didn't want to make him nervous that I was nervous, but if someone should be nervous, it's the person being paid for perfection. The person paying should be able to relax. Emoja calmly reassured me, in his good-humored, endearing way, that the cushions would be perfect, the patterns would be uniform, the welting would line up, and they'd be ready in one week. I decided to trust him, because worry is a waste of time if you're not in the driver's seat (oh, he reupholseters those, too!). Now my beautiful kitchen chairs please my discerning eye every time I look at them, which is too many times a day to count -- thanks to COVID, because I'm home too much. I will gladly hire him again. This next time, I won't worry at all, and probably won't even text him.

I brought him a Pendleton blanket to incorporate with leather for a new bench seat, giving a nod to the 70s while still keeping a luxury feel. Together they collaborated with me to design an entirely new look that exceeded my expectations. The result is simply stunning--Ed is a true artist who has perfected his craft. He had a wide variety of leathers to choose from, and I ended up going with a gorgeous Mercedes leather. The transformation is night and day compared to the old, ratty seat cover I had before. On top of that, my truck didn't even have carpet, and they custom-made a carpet that fits perfectly and pulls the whole interior together. Every detail is thoughtfully done, and the quality is second to none.
