I found this company based off of the yelp reviews and scores. I asked for a quote using Yelp and received a prompt reply. I called in and said I know it's two days before Thanksgiving, but we are suddenly having family over and the carpets having been cleaned in over 10 years. Diane seemed concerned and tried to squeeze us in for an appointment the same day I called. I received a phone call stating they were on there way and Manny even showed up earlier than the appointment. I showed him around the disaster area that we had been living in and I'm sure he hasn't seen carpet this bad unless it was in an abandoned house. They have been coming to our home for many years and did an excellent job as usual. When he sets up he starts with corner guards to prevent wall damage as the hose bends around corners. They will do throw rugs and any furniture that you wish. He focused on our carpet this time and the cleaning was done to perfection. Manny did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. He used cones to protect the corners of my walls. I have zero complaints. I had a pet stain in one of the bedrooms, Manny made sure I knew that he went over the stain several times trying to remove it. Last year I used a chem dry company that did a subpar job, I was told they go I've the carpets twice, not until they are clean but twice. Upland Steam goes over the carpet until they are clean. . Manny said he went over it seven times. I'm amazed how clean the high traffic area are. By the way the other company up-charged me to spray something on the high traffic areas.
