This was a terrible experience that left me shaken up. These people scammed me for a lot of money…read more I hired them to fix and reinstall a section of fence on our cow field, they came for a consultation and they told me they knew how to build a proper livestock fence. They did not, the fence was very poorly made, not complete and the material used wasn't right. They ended up taking the fence down and are refusing a refund. The owner doesn't speak english and he put him on the phone with some guy, Jesse, that got really aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable. I was able to carry on the conversation with the owner's wife in a respectful manner and set up a time for them to come back to talk about the situation. They no showed and when I asked if they were coming she told me that they would not because they weren't sure that her husband would be able to not lose his temper. I asked again for a refund and told them that they are not welcome back on my property, they insisted in meeting in person 'somewhere in Monroe' and when I declined and asked for this to be a phone conversation, they stopped all communication. They are agreeing that they were not able to perform the job but won't give me a refund because they already paid their guys! Here's where I'm the idiot, I paid them cash, they did not give a receipt and left $300 of material on my property for me to deal with. They charged me $1600 in labor for 2 guys to come work for 4 hours.

I would have gladly paid someone else much more money to get the job done right. Now I have to hire someone else to fix everything he ruined. He didn't finish the flooring under the water heater. He has my dryer venting into the attic after telling me he installed a roof jack. He told me that he would go into the crawl space to inspect my subflooring, but he never did. There's a giant gap in the drywall behind my washer and dryer. No tile leveling system was used on my back splash so the whole thing looks wavy, and there are voids everywhere in the grout. The tiles that he cut are chipped and jagged. Some of the cabinets were chipped on the edges. Every time I slide my stool it catches on the flooring that wasn't installed correctly. The job should have only taken a couple weeks, but he only showed up a couple times a week for a couple hours, and the job took months to finish. DO NOT LET THIS HACK WORK ON YOUR HOUSE.

I paid him to stain it after the work was completed but he never did, took advantage of me because I went on deployment with the military. I lost over $1k for work that was never performed. He kept promising a refund but never gave it, all I got was lies and excuses. The fence itself was fine at first but the construction methods were shoddy and it started to fall apart within a year. If I still lived there I would have to completely rebuild it. Listen to the other one star reviews!
