UPS....when it absolutely doesn't need to be on time! UPS is the most unreliable delivery service available. Not just here either. Everywhere I go, UPS cannot be depended on to get deliveries made on time. Always delays, and their app is useless in terms of updates. I can't imagine why companies continue to use UPS for deliveries. I'll avoid buying from companies that use their service whenever possible. read more

They are the worst, they say they attempt delivery, but they don't. They say they'll call you back, but they don't. They sent all their calls to the Philippines, which is the stupidest things you can do considering you have packages delivered in United States! The worst decision they could ever make! Their driver say they call the person for the packages, they lie! Don't believe them. Then you call the UPS places that are affiliated with them and they say they can help you with them. Wow! We just sent packages and wrap packages. We're not affiliated with them. Really?! You have their name don't You? How stupid! Then the girl tells me at the main place. We have the number, but we can't give it to you. Then she says well our customers understand. Well, I don't understand why you don't give me the number that's local that I can call and talk to a supervisor there. I paid for that package to be delivered, I should be able to speak to someone there when one of their drivers lied to them! But I get it. They're all in cahoots. I been trying to get my package from UPS, they said the address is incorrect however it's right. Been online to change it and add code. We called and still nothing. Customer service agent called me yesterday saying she found my pack and updated the address and it will be delivered today and Lord behold i received a message saying incorrect address at this point I believe the driver is not doing his job because how could you not see the address when your coworker wrote it out this crazy at this point now it's 9:04pm still on hold read more

I live in an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) / back house. I have gone online to update preferences. I have called the N Sillect office. I have called the toll free number. I have spoken to my regular driver. I have spoken to subs yet, I continue to have delivery problems. Their program only allows employees about 30 characters for delivery instructions. Last week, a substitute driver dropped my packages over my fence which, is visible from the street. As a result of NOT following the directions which, I have repeatedly called the N Sillect store regarding, 2 packages were stolen. Now, I must file a claim. Fed Ex had routes that are owned. The owners take pride in their routes. I have called the owner here who will contact drivers. As a result, Fed Ex had much better customer service. I have prescriptions delivered by UPS and, I don't choose the shipper. UPS is in dependable. read more

UPS has to be the worst shipping company. I ordered perishables from Las Vegas with 2 day delivery. It said that the perishables were to be delivered by Saturday. Well it's now Monday and they still aren't here. I ordered them for a get together. And they didn't make it. I'm sure they are hard as a rock 4 days later. I would use any other shipping, (Fedexpress, DHL, USPS,), but never sending through UPS again. TERRIBLE. And this is not the first time. read more

I received a notification that my package was delivered 11/25/2020even though I was home and didn't receive it. I followed up with UPS customer service who said that it was actually just scanned at their warehouse and I would receive by 9pm. At 9:15pm I called back because ups.com showed that my package was being returned to the shipper. After about 15 minutes talking to what I thought was a helpful woman it seemed like I would receive the package on 11/27/2020. On 11/27/2020 I called customer service again at which point the gentleman said it was in fact being sent back to the shipper. He claimed a UPS rep from the Bakersfield branch would contact me within the hour. No one called. The scan on 11/27 was in Bakersfield. Today, 11/28/2020, it's in Ontario. I know I have to cancel jobs because of their incompetence. If you want something shipped then call FedEx or USPS. UPS is now the step child in the shipping world. read more

Where do you get some of your drivers? I had the worst out of anyone I have ever dealt with. This idiot was so lazy. I had four chairs delivered and as part of the delivery, it was to deliver right inside of the house. He dumped the 2 boxes right outside the door and I thought he was going to fall over his hand cart getting back to his truck. He ignored me when I was trying to talk to him, he jumped into the back of the truck closed the door waited for a minute then jumped into the driver seat I yelled " you were supposed to put these inside the door you're not going to do that? He looked at me and said " Nope" Hit the gas. I do have it on my cameras as well as my ring he can't deny anything. UPS you have one loser for an employee. I only gave 1 star because you can't give zero. Someone was home all day waiting for this package. Your driver didn't knock or ring the bell. They just put a slip on the door and left. This is absolutely ridiculous. Looking at your reviews it seems this is common for your drivers. What is the point of doing this? Wouldn't you rather deliver it the first time and get the job done? The slip says you will bring it back to the ups location. Online it says that you will re-deliver? Will you not knock again? I called to figure out what is happening but go figure no one answered the question phone. I remember when UPs used to be a good service. These days it's absolute trash! read more

Why is it that every time I get a package from the Post Office or FedEx they always ring the doorbell to let you know you got a package? When it comes to UPS they can't be bothered, it's like they don't know how to push a button. Try calling customer service, good luck with that. read more

Never us UPS they are so not helpful at all. Call this person sorry cant help you, call the store sorry cant help you, and last but least call the store you shipped it from sorry cant help you. You call this customer service. I will never from this day use UPS. Regular post office from now on at least it gets there before 8 PM. I will post this on Yelp also. UPS has terrible service. I was notified by UPS that I would have a package delivered to my house on Monday,I tracked my package on their website shows the package within 1 mile of my home. It's now Friday and have still not received that package. Every day, I get a notification that my package will be delivered that day, still waiting. The item was coming from Amazon and since UPS has has in the system as "out for delivery", Amazon won't replace or refund (their policy to refund or replace). I've been on the phone with UPS and sent an email with NO help! I wish we were given an option on who it would be shipped by (FdEx would have been my choice) read more

This is the second time my package is delivered without the ups drive knocking on my door to let me know its here, i get the whole coronavirus is what most people are scared of, but we're in quarantine and most people are home a knock would have been nice to let me know i had a package outside of my door. Last time my neighbor had to knock on my door to let me know i had a package was outside. This is the whole reason why packages get stolen, because some of the ups drivers do not care if you're home or not since they didn't buy the item they aren't loosing anything. read more

If I could rate any lower I swear I would! I was supposed to receive a package a day before Halloween and it was delayed twice. Customer service 1-800 kept telling the package was at the facility and available for pickup twice. They guaranteed it... when there twice with no avail. Customer service representatives where not helpful. Just said "yeah the package is here...we just haven't sort it out yet and you won't be getting it today" assholes. No effort of making it right...no apology nothing... My kids Halloween was ruined and payed over 30 dollars for next day shipping for nothing. read more

Customer service here is perfect. What more do you want from a UPS store? This place isn't really full service, just a hub really.

I am usually not the type to do reviews but I am extremely pissed off! My package has said out for delivery between the hours of 11:30-3:30pm. I understand there is a lot going on right now but don't give a delivery time if the time is not correct. This isn't the first time UPS has done this PLUS the drivers are EXTREMELY rude and have no regards to your package! I told one of the drivers "thank you!", and he looked at me crazy! I really don't understand why you guys left my package at the facility when my address information was CORRECT I am beyond irritated with UPS and I really wish I had the option to pick a different carrier because YOU GUYS SUCK ALSO HIRE SOME FRIENDLIER WORKERS! My biggest pet peeve is when a company doesnt honor its own polocies. Ups clearly outlines what you need to pick up a package for someone else. I specifically checked so i would have no issues. I arrived with the documents needed and the clerk informed me that he did not care what ups said he would not release a package without the person named on the package present. read more

Update: I did receive a call thirty minutes after I posted this. Seth was very apologetic and just a nice human being. After I hung up with him, about ten minutes later, the driver shows up. An hour and a half outside what they agreed to, but showed up nonetheless. All of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call to me(# is required by UPS itself) saying Hey Greg, I'm going to be a little late, but I will be there. You know, common courtesy. Moral of the story is this: video is everywhere, stay above board and these reviews cease. read more

Only gave a star because it requires one. I was expecting a delivery and stayed home all day waiting for it. It was 8 pm and i thought since its getting late ill check the tracking of my order. It said they "attempted delivery but receiver was not available". At the time i am annoyed because i waited all day for nothing and the biggest issue was the lie!!! No one attempted to deliver my package to me. It said they would try again tomorrow and the ups was closed so i was unable to call and tell them what happened. The next day i had to work, so on my break i called to ask if the package would need to be signed for, they told me no and that it was already delivered. I told them they should talk to whatever driver "attempted" delivery the day prior and she said nothing could be done. So how about hire reliable people that don't lie and do something about the ones that do!! Now my package is outside until i get home.
