I had designed a birthday invitation and needed to get it printed. The FedEx Office Center was a big help. Claribel took my thumb drive, loaded it on her computer and printed it card stock. Then, I took it over to their paper cutter and trimmed the edges. They had the perfect envelopes and the job was done. It saved me about half the cost. I visited the FedEx store located at 3505 Coffee Road, Suite C to ship a package. I waited patiently in line while the FedEx employee helped the customer in front me who was having a problem using her credit to pay for her shipment. The employee acknowledged me and said she'd right with me. About five minutes later, another customer (whom the employee appeared to know) came in with a large box which he placed on a FedEx cart. Although I was next in line, the employee skipped me a waited on the customer that came in after me. When I asked her why the other customer was allowed to go ahead of me, her reply was "it was just easier." My rating is based on the terrible customer service was provided to me...I wish there was a lower rating category. read more

Worse service ever! The store manager had the worst attitude. I shipped a package that needed to be overnighted. It wasn't hard. I gave the girl at the counter the address to ship it too and she even showed me so I could confirm it but the next day it was shipped to me and not the address I provided. When I went it to show them the mistake, the store manager refused to ship unless I paid another $50. He wasnt sorry that they made the mistake, never an apology just said there was nothing he could do. Do not use them! They are scammers! read more

Did a "happy return" today at Fed Ex. It was so easy and convenient. I showed my code that i received my email from the placed i shopped at; the fed ex clerk scanned it, checked the items and bagged it up. I received a confirmation email within minutes and the return was immediately accepted. I don't have to wait for them to receive them. They immediately sent me a new confirmation for a replacement. Sad to even have to do this but I have now had multiple deliveries either dropped at the wrong door and never returned to me, or dropped in a pile of water in our sprinkles and destroyed completely. I was lucky that the printing company i work with for my e commerce was kind enough to to re print my order of 3,000 flyers at their own cost! The entire box was drenched and all of the flyers were unusable. I also recently had an order from Gilt.com of Fendi singlases delivered yesterday which were tossed in a puddle of water where in our garden bed. You could have simply set it on the cement walkway!! The package was flooded! These deliver persons in the 93309 area code have no ethical values! ( online stores are not responsible for orders once they are delivered! Horrible. I went in to get help with a small international shipment. The manager actually assisted me in filling out the paperwork. The package was supposed to be delivered on June 6. On July 5 it is still in a FedEx facility and I have just found out it is being returned to me because they need a power of attorney to deliver the mail. Unbelievable. Not only that, but they also don't know when I will get my package back, won't let me start a claim because they know it is in their warehouse, and won't refund my money. Horrible experience. Wasted my time and wasted my gas going all the way down here just a ship out cologne and aftershave for my dad for Father's Day. I currently am leaving at 6:15 PM on June 11th upset that I wasted my whole 17 minutes to get here and my gas just to get told they can't ship out my cologne or aftershave because it's flammable. the most stupidest thing I ever heard. The girl was trying to claim that this location is a retail one and you have to go all the way out to airport location which is way across the other side of town which is over 20 minutes from my house. One of the worst service experiences ever! And it seems this is not an isolated incident according to tons of other negative reviews. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff (Darian and Dave - manager). A younger worker named Darian was extremely aggressive and offended by my sister when she asked why the 24x18 print job she ordered came out distorted (bc he blew up the picture without maintaining the original dimensions like we asked). Darian simultaneously blamed her while denying anything was wrong with the distorted picture. After multiple rude remarks at my sister, my sister asked for Darian's manager and only after several requests, he finally brought the manager, Dave, over. Disappointingly, Dave provided no helpful support and instead also claimed "there is absolutely nothing wrong with this picture." Darian lit up hearing this from Dave, his "manager" and yelled at my sister, "SEE! I told you nothing was wrong with the picture!" Just unbelievable... He was being so rude and aggressive towards my sister that another customer next to them who overheard also tried to explain to Darian that the picture was very obviously distorted (see the attached picture). But there was obviously no reasoning with these people. And then even worse, after finally just giving up and stepping away, Darian walked to a group of his coworkers and began mocking and laughing at my sister. Again, just unbelievable. Beyond the unhelpful attitude and unreasonable denial of wrongdoing, we are just the most shocked and disappointed by the sheer rudeness of the employees here. To be wrongfully shouted at so aggressively and defensively by Darian and then get no support or help from his manager, Dave, was completely frustrating and infuriating. I am obviously addressing this issue directly with FedEx corporate. When I called this location informing them of the negative experience and our notifying corporate, a worker named Tyler simply responded "have a good night" and hung up. Unbelievable behavior all around. It's like they're completely jaded to hearing the complaints. One shining star though! Before we left, we were actually helped by one very sweet, female employee (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall). It's sad but it seems she wasn't surprised by the rude service we got from the other employees as she provided my sister survey forms and Darian and Dave's names on her way out. I sent a FedX Express letter 8/9 for 8/12 delivery from the Stockdale FedX location. As of 8/20, FedX tracking still shows "potentially delayed" and delivery pending somewhere in Kentucky. Went by the Stockdale location to ask that they credit my card and was told by manager David that I would have to call their 800 # to request a refund. So, they are only too willing to take your $$$, but apparently not able to return it for services not performed... I did call their 800# and after several transfers over almost 30 minutes, gave up and decided the ~$18 I was looking for was not really worth it. You would almost think their procedure is designed to make refunds difficult. If you've got something important to send, it's likely FedX should not be your carrier of choice! read more

I have mixed reviews for this place. I loved the self service center. It was so easy to use and get in and out fast. I like that they give you free access to staples, pens, tape and paper clips. But man on man are they expensive. I had to copy 10 resume packets for CSUB. They are large packets with transcripts, diplomas and certificates. But when I left, I racked up a bill of $30 for 10 resume copies! Then I tried to sit in their free wifi study tables, I was excited about that so that I didn't have to go to Starbucks to do my homework. I knew I should've went elsewhere for my printing needs but I needed some items printed out ASAP. We called to get some items printed and they asked us to email them the cards we wanted printed. We let them know we needed them ready by the next day and they said they would be ready by 24 hours and confirmed they received the email. Sure enough, I call the next day to check what time my order would be ready for pickup and they put me on hold for 20 min. I called back and spoke with another person and they could not find my order and kept putting me on hold to finally tell me that they have no record of my order. I've worked on the computer to make resumes, printed, copied, faxed, used the Internet for research, shipped packages and bought a few items from here. I think I've pretty much done it all. It's open early to late, which is very convenient for those before work/school projects or late after work/school projects. Wish I would have read these reviews before I went into this location! I had a pre-labeled box I was returning. This was the SAME box I received with the SAME packing materials. The man behind counter immediately rejected my box saying I had to pay $5.99 for him to repack. He was rude and clearly just trying to make an extra buck. Needed to find a place to make a bunch of photocopies. First place I thought of was Kinko's on Stockdale Hwy. Was surprised that the location was now a large FedEx store. The shop was a bit busy, but the staff still had time to help us. We were helped right away and all our questions were answered. Staff was very helpful and efficient. My copies came out great. I found this super easy using the every so trusty and helpful Yelp app integrated with maps. The hours, location, everything is there and at my fingertips. I swooped in and went to the counter where a really helpful staff member helped me pick out the paper weight I wanted and proceeded to make my copies for me while I shopped around for some supplies. They've got limited office stuff onsite - but a really large and airy work/self-copy area. With my printing done and my items purchased I went off to enjoy the party I came into town to work with. I use this location often to ship stuff for work. The packages I ship out are pretty heavy and sometimes I have multiple packages to ship out. For the most part the staff has always been pleasant and helpful and most importantly patient. However, if you need a Saturday delivery, I would make sure they put the SDR labels on your packages while you are there because my packages have gotten split up or delayed a couple of times due to this. I also use this location for personal shipping matters and they have always been helpful in helping me choose the most reasonable shipping methods. read more
