This location is convenient for mailing off my USPS products and they only charge $3 to print a label I know this because my printer went out and that was the charge. I utilize this service because the item I sold was over $300 so $3 wasn't a big deal if you're mailing something and can't print a USPS label this is a good option. If you're product isn't more than 50 to 75% profit of what your mailing is best to print your own label other than that they provide printing services fax services and mailing services. read more

Came in for a Livescan fingerprint service. Called and they answered right away. Came in 30 minutes later, was greeted right away. They checked my docs and said have a seat. 2 minutes later they charged me (reasonable rate) 2 minutes later they started scanning my fingers. 4-5 minutes later I was out the door. I can't believe this place...they do not clean their tables and other flat surfaces. It is dirty and when we brought it to their attention they said it was not their issue. Appalling in the covid world. Bring tour mask and gloves and sanitation wipes. Use them religiously. Maybe you will get in and out without catching a pandemic disease. Can't recommend PostNet on Rosedale Hwy enough. I've had multiple large print, scan, laminate and mail jobs completed through them and they are always completed quickly, exactly as requested and at a great price. Super convenient to email items over for printing, collating and stapling while I'm at work and then get an email within no time alerting me it is ready for pick up. I went into purchase stamps and not knowing how much a single stamp was I paid what I was told for a number of stamps. After I paid it seemed like a high amount and I called to check the price and was told they were higher because of their service fee. I told her I wasn't aware of a service fee for stamps and it was not listed on my receipt. The lady, I think she said her name was Nicole, but not positive, told me she was the manager and didn't "think" they could refund my money on stamps. She wasn't positive but did not offer any assistance to rectify the matter. They refused to refund my purchase even though it was less than 5 minutes after I purchased them. I didn't know extra fees could be charged on US stamps and did not understand why my money could not be refunded. Very unprofessional and rude on the phone. I've been here a bunch of times and the employees are always super nice. The owner is very bossy to her employees which makes me a little uncomfortable since its always in front of customers but I guess that isn't really my business. Every time I have ever dropped something off that is already ready to be sent with postage its super fast. Leave it on the counter and that's the end. No one scans anything but I've never had a problem with packages going missing so I don't really think its a big deal. If you need to purchase postage and are in a hurry do not come here. The purpose of places like Post Net is to avoid lines at USPS or FedEx, UPS, etc. This location is in no way quicker than USPS. There may be no other people there and it'll still take 10-15 minutes. The customer service is really great and its in a great location so I'll happily keep coming back. read more

I've been here several times to drop off packages with pre-paid postage and it's usually pretty busy. I've also done a LiveScan here and the process was rather painless as the technician made sure that everything was filled out correctly and that all my fingerprint rolls were done correctly as well. The boss here was rather helpful and she made sure everything was okay! I've only purchased postage here once before when I had to send out something I sold internationally, but they made sure all the customs forms were filled out correctly. The staff here is knowledgeable and will help you with any postage needs. They even rent out PO Boxes in case you want to have your mail delivered here. My only complaint here is that the wait times can be a bit bad here since I've only seen two employees at a time and sometimes people have multiple parcels to send out. Expect delays here and there! Overall, this is a good shopping center and they get the job done! Recommended! read more
