If you get packages delivered by this distribution center then chances of your packages being dropped off at the local post office are very high. When I get deliveries from the truck there is usually no issue and the driver friendly. But after paying for shipping most packages just end up dropped at the post office. That adds another day or two to the delivery times. And - with my post office (45215) the chances of the items being ripped open/and or stolen by the post office is high. There are signs in the post office telling UPS and Amazon not to drop their package deliveries there but you can see them sitting on the floor - waiting for staff to move to a secure location or a customer that may not be honest to grab it. I just don't get why this location cannot just deliver the packages they are paid to deliver - instead of dropping them somewhere else. read more

A joke. To even track a package you have to sign up for an account, and even then it doesn't give you any delivery window. This is unfortunate because I used to work at this facility back in the day as a driver and we prided ourselves on making service on packages - nothing less. read more

UPS continues to drop off packages at the end of our driveway instead of taking them to the door...Fed-x NEVER drops off at street...only UPS....called 800# each time...they say to make notes on my UPS profile...doesnt work.... with all the porch pirates in the news..why would any rational person think it's a good idea to drop of basically on the sidewalk of a busy street??? read more

I had missed the delivery on a temperature controlled package that was expensive. I was a little distraught because I didn't get the confirmation call from UPS that item was ready to pick up. Nonetheless, I made my way to the closest UPS customer service center (on canal). The ladies at the front as well as the driver who brought my package in were exceptional and kind. They quickly coordinated to locate the package and I got to meet the heroes who deliver our goods in the middle of this pandemic. Thank you UPS! read more

Love this location - it's right in the Tri-County area and the people who work there are quick, professional and friendly. They will help you in any way they can. It's close to our house, so it's where I go to pick up packages. I don't like having to wait around for a package to be signed for & delivered, so I joined my ups via the internet. Now, I get notices beforehand and I can change either the delivery window time, have it left with a neighbor or can go here and pick it up at my convenience after showing a photo id. read more

I paid extra for Next Day AIR it left Minneapolis on Thursday 6/13 it was scanned into the Sharonville UPS on Friday the 14th I was told it would be at my place by sat before 7pm it never came and the tracking website kept changing the times it went from sat before 7 to Sunday before 7 then Monday before 3pm I talked to live people who promised the Sat,. delivery and Monday delivery and now they are saying it will be delivered by the end of business day Monday. It was scanned in on Friday then placed on truck but today it shows it was scanned in on Monday which is impossible unless they took it off truck put it back through the hub and scanned again and placed on truck which I worked at UPS for over 4 yrs and that does not happen. I live in a secure building I left a note for the driver on the door to please call me when he arrived so I wouldnt miss my package. I am waiting on 2 packages and they keep just leaving papers on my door that they were there and signed on one of the papers not calling from phone. so I have had to wait 3 days longer to receive my packages then I should have. when I called customer service the girl was rude, I will not ever order anything that will come from UPS again. very bad customer service. read more

Why do you allow a time frame for a delivery to be selected when you don't even follow through? My 6 month old son has a rare disease called infantile spasms and depends on his medication everyday. This medication is extremely expensive and has to be refrigerated. We chose the earliest delivery time for today, 7am-11am EST, for his medication in order to have it as early as possible. See what time this post is? It is well PAST 11am. The package has been out for delivery since 6:37am and has still not been delivered. When my husband and I called UPS for assistance, we were only repeated back with what we already knew and offered no help at all. Time sensitive packages need to be handled better by UPS and the drivers. This is unacceptable! My child depends on this medication. You don't even deserve 1 start in my opinion! read more

Nightmarish experience.My chair was to be delivered last Friday 8 am to 8 pm.I live alone so I was in my home waiting all day.At 730 pm , I called and they said the chair came in late due to weather conditions , even though the sun was shining , and could not be delivered.The manager said they would bring it on Saturday and again , I waited till 8 pm for nothing.Today,Monday , the chair is supposedly on the truck ,no calls ,nothing.I am stuck waiting for these people.I called at 1145 and the agent said someone would call me within the hour.Dream on , friend , no one called . I ordered something off Amazon and it was shipped through UPS and the delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong address. I called customer service when it said it was delivered she said the driver delivered it to the wrong address and it would be to me in a hour which one 8 hours ago. I've been waiting for a package since 7 am for a package with a promises delivery window of 7-11 am. It is 12:30 pm. No big deal? The package is 2 vials of medication that requires refrigeration. My 6 month old grandson can't be released from Cincinnati Children's Hospital until the meds are in the fridge. He's been there 2 weeks. YES! This is a big deal. I paid $43.95 for next day shipping on a product that was only $45.00, so the shipping doubled my cost. UPS used weather as an excuse (there was one day of serious rain at their hub in KY, but the airport was not closed, and they have other hubs they can use!) to deliver a package that shipped on a Thursday and did not arrive until Monday. When I called on Saturday to inquire why it was not being delivered on Saturday, they said it would only be delivered on a Saturday if it was ordered next day shipping on a Friday. So my package was sitting at a UPS facility about 50 miles from my house and was not being delivered until Monday. This was an item I despirately needed quickly, and no longer needed four days later. I paid $43.95 to get my package in the same amount of time that regular U.S. mail shipping would have done for free. Customer service was grossly inadequate in doing anything to assist me with getting my package, and of course refused to refund any of the shipping price. From now on I will exclusively use FedEx for urgent items, and the good old U.S. Post Office for everything else - it might take longer but it's a hell of a lot cheaper and I won't have expectations that won't be fulfilled. Thanks for nothing UPS - customer service is obviously not your strength, and gosh neither is reliable shipping. read more

I was absolutely appalled by the treatment my father and I received as customers today. All HE wanted to do was simply return a package. First of all, none of the subpar employees even seemed ready to assist him as and rudely asked, "what are you trying to do?" Mind you this is after the blonde one literally laughed at me over the package bumping into me. My poor dad often needs me to translate certain things in English and they acted SO SURPRISED that we didn't come in with a return label. News flash, not all items come with those in the mail. And just because I'm holding my phone, it doesn't mean that I have any package information on it. Talk to the actual client, my father. What a horrible experience! I received and email stating that my package would be delivered by end of day Saturday. It never came so I called Monday morning and they (Customer service main number) had someone from the local Sharonville, Ohio location contact me. The customer service representative that called me was rude and disrespectful. I asked her to repeat something and she hung up. If she doesn't like working in customer service or dealing with people then she is clearly in the wrong field! The poor customer service needs to be addressed at this location. Several customer reviews already reported that this person hung up on them, so she clearly has a history of being rude and hanging up on people. the lazy ass drivers are to lazy to bring packages into my apartment bldg. much less the 3rd floor. they leave them out on the steps of my bldg where the other bldgs can see my delivery. if i didnt check my response tracking i would have never known that it was delivered especially if it was stolen. read more
