This UPS location is only open until 6PM as of 4/24/2024 per a hand written sign posted on the door. It would be helpful to update the website for this location to match the actual hours. The website says they are open until 10PM which seems reasonable considering this is a giant hub! Won't come back here again. read more

Are ups drivers on drugs they said I was closed when they tried to deliver a package this is a resident not a business

Ups you guys need to get a contract or something with the US postal service to get a main mailbox key for customers who order off line packages this is the true reason why packages are stolen here I'm cincinnati ohio your service will be great if that happens & it saves your customers money & stress thank you read more

Awful customer service rep at 513-782-4092. She talked over me and hung up on me twice. I'm sorry if she was having a bad day, but please do not treat your customers like this. If she can't handle a calm, adult conversation, I recommend that she does not have a job in customer service. read more

Since arriving in Ohio we have ordered 3 items via UPS. The first was delivered correctly. The second marked as delivered but was not. I was home at the recorded time of delivery but no one knocked on the door and the package was not there when I received the delivered alert on my phone. Finally, the third required a signature to be delivered, figured this would solve any problem as they can't just leave it on the doorstep. Item was listed as delivered and signed for despite the fact that no one was home the day it was supposedly delivered so it couldn't have been signed for and no item was on the doorstep. I don't know if this is due to gross incompetence or theft but I've had enough using this delivery service. Use Fedex or another competitor. read more

Let me start with this: UPS on 3rd street doesn't have a direct phone number. When you Google UPS a 1-800 number comes up and you cannot connect with anyone directly at that store. My package that was to be delivered in mid-September has, for 3 weeks, not been clearly communicated. It was shipped to NYC and with a miscommunication the sender rejected the package. Then they told me they were going to dispatch the package and have it resent the next day - didn't happen. Then someone was going to call me to discuss - never happened. The package was sent back to Ohio, and UPS said that they tried to deliver it but there was no apartment number evident - we live in a house. So, then I call UPS, they have no direct phone number. The UPS representative said I would have to physically go to the store and deal with it. End Scene. read more

Having received a Final Delivery Notice for a package, I had to go pick it up myself with some notification.. So apparently I had to download the app(free). The app was really quite strict, and I had to enter all kinds of info, including my credit card info,as they charge $5.50 to have a package delivered to a UPS store instead of the downtown 3rd Street hub. It would be nice to have the option of payment upon receiving said package, at the location, but that's not an option. Great. Fine. I enter all the info, get charged through the app. I go to the store it's supposed to be, and they know nothing. No package. Luckily (through MUCH sleuthing) and I just happened to have the previous Delivery Notice with me, the Beechmont UPS location people(kudos to them) were able to determine that my package was at the downtown 3rd Street location anyway... I had taken off work early to go to the Beechmont location before they closed ($$). Finally got down to the downtown location, got my package, asked, "so do I get a refund for the $5.50 charge to ship it to a remote UPS store, since it never was sent there?" I got a "no" shake of the head. As I turned and walked away, I said, because the $5.50 and the time I took off work to get this thing, I'm probably out $25 bucks, and I didn't even order this. Someone was sending me something and I don't even know what the f*** it is." I used the real f word. FYI, while at the UPS store on Beechmont, we did find a package for someone else that had their name stickered on it 2-3 times, and also mine once. Pull your head out of your ass, UPS. read more

Do not know if this is correct place. Last week UPS delivered package to daughter in Mason. Woman brought package to door. No mask and made her sign for package. My birthday was 8/22. Due to UPS driver I could not touch daughter or twin grandsons. Thanks for unsafe delivery and ruined birthday. Today in Loveland medicine delivered by another thoughtless UPS driver. Again no mask. How stupid. I am health compromised. They never wear a mask. This medicine is necessary for one of my problems. Your people do not seem to give a thought to what this can do by spreading Covid. Thus is every week repeatedly to other homes no mask . I will notify TV stations to see if they will do story about not keeping customers safe. Thus is Loveland and Mason Ohio. Without going into too much detail, I signed up for UPS My Choice which allows you to re-route items to your nearest customer service center for free. The package pickup location for myself, and much of downtown I imagine, happens to be this UPS location on 3rd. Its a little tucked away, and possibly in a bad area, however my experience here has been great! While it may look a little rough around the edges, this is probably the best customer experience I have had at ANY UPS location. The employees here are SUPER helpful and make sending or receiving anything simple. I should know. Within 2 weeks I had to pickup a large 8 x 10 rug that I had shipped and send something to the state. Those two things are complicated as is, but somehow were made simple by the people who work at UPS. Thanks for making my life a little easier UPS Customer Center!! read more

Great experience! Jim was working the front office area and was very attentive to al customers that walked through in the short time I was there. He was helpful in directing me how to complete my shipment. Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience. read more

Driver did not ring doorbell or knock on door; instead, chose to write out "sorry we missed you" tag and left. I was sitting here waiting for package because it required signature. Unbelievable poor service. I must now drive downtown to retrieve my large box. Not acceptable UPS. Shipper will be informed and ask to send future shipments via FedEx. read more

After receiving notices via email that my packages were that I paid to have delivered by Tuesday, May 22 would be on time my packages never arrived. Last night when my packages did not arrive I called UPS customer service only to be told that there was nothing they could do for me that I would be receiving a phone call from the supervisor and that my packages would be prioritized for morning delivery. The reason why I put my packages on a Tuesday delivery was because I needed them for a job this morning. I never received the phone call and now my packages are supposedly scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon delivery by 3 PM. At no point did I receive a phone call from the management that I was told to nor has anyone attempted to remedy any sort of situation when it comes to the way that my packages have been treated and the so-called prioritization that I was supposed to receive which I did not. I would not ever recommend anyone use UPS in this day and age a company like Amazon or even the US Postal Service can deliver items when they say they're going to but UPS can't seem to get it together. This is very upsetting and I will not be dealing with UPS ever again. read more

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Amazing what they put me through in 24 hours after paying over $100 for a shipment to be picked up...Delivery man dropped a shipment to me and PROMISED to come back to pick up a CRITICAL outgoing shipment. Never showed up. When calling, there was NO WAY to discuss with an AMERICAN. The Philippine assured me that a District SUPERVISOR would call me within 60 minutes...almost 2 hours later, I called again and the Philappine this time told me the issue was resolved, which was not possible before I'd hear from the local distribution supervisor out of downtown Cincinnati. They wasted no less than 2 1/2 hours of my time while NOT fulfilling a single promise made. I WILL NEVER, EVER create a UPS label again...It's OVER PRICED, you pay EXTRA for the privilege of having them pick up your package that you paid an unreasonable amount for, and then you can't even contact anyone whose ENGLISH is understandable...NEVER EVER AGAIN...USPS, please stay in business!
