The one time they make a mistake and ruined 4 couch pillows, they refused to take responsibility. The tall girl called me a liar when I told her the pillow covers were not like this when I brought them in for cleaning. SHE was the liar! The pillow covers had normal wear-just like every time I brought them in to be cleaned, without a problem. I was shocked to be treated this way after 30 years of no issues. I will not do business with a company that doesn't take responsibility when they screw up, nor with a business that calls me a liar, when it is them that is lying.

They charged me $60 which I thought was relatively inexpensive which of course I liked however two days later the Xbox started overheating again. I found out from another computer repair shop the the Xbox had indeed never been opened as there is a sticker covering the screw which had they opened the Xbox would have been exposed but was not. Basically I was charged $60 to spray a can of air inside the Xbox causing the dust and hair to be even further embedded in the components of the console.
