So, I just got a notice and I was home all day and no one knocked on my door until my neighbor came to my door and knocked and I found the notice. I called corporate and the 800# which should be renamed to call 1-877- call BOT! All phone numbers for help are transferred to the same program with the same bot, aka artificial intelligence and it is impossible to get a life human person to help and one would think. I remember that when UPS started they had live people to help us and now that they have prospered , yet the quality of service to its' customers, has plummeted to poor and very, I will add. ups.com/track will also not work w/o your tracking no. At this now for an hour and hope this helps someone and UPS pays attention to their latest reviews and not just on here. The bot could not help me after spending 1/2 on phone. Pressing 0 no longer works. This shipment w/notice number only could have been any one package from multiple companies that I have order from recently. We used to be able to put the notice number and it would give us the information. I called my Local franchise UPS store and was advised to call and choose shipping rates and then put the notice number to get a live person but also she looked it up for me and gave me my tracking no. Why put us through more hardships UPS after you have become so successful! Fix this and make it easy for us to speak to a live person; my heart goes out to the Elderly on this as well!! Any delivery services out there in competition, never make this mistake and LQQK I am sure customers will pay whatever just to get the help they need Live and not from a BOT or Robot; and be able to easily access a Human Being for Service!. My kids father ordered stuff for their Christmas on December 3rd. He killed himself shortly after. I called and called telling the how important it was and since the stuff was right down the street from me to let me co.e get it so my kids would have something from their dad. They did not care. I am still waiting on the last present he ordered for me. It was supposed to be out for delivery today along with something else. Only 1 thing was delivered and the thi g he vot for me was scheduled for pickup next week, I never did that. I called and waited on hold forever ever offering to come get it. They had me wait 1 hour to speak to a supervisor and after that hour I was hung up on. I called back and they were closed. I work for the post office and now I see why we deliver so many of their parcels. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and will never use them again. I will be calling higher level management to inform them of how they ruined my kids Christmas and then couldn't even get me my present delivered when the driver had it with him and came to my house to deliver something else. read more

I don't know what the problem is. I normally get my packages with no problem when the normal guy delivers. I think anytime he's off, my packages end up not coming on time and this is anything that's supposedly out for delivery Friday through Sunday. I'm still hopefully that my last order will show up today. However, they really messed up my Christmas gifts for my grandkids this year. When a guy showed up the day after Christmas I refused the packages. The 26th is too late. While I hated it, I was thankful that the Dollar General stayed open until 10 on Christmas Eve. At least I was able to get them something. Amazon needs to offer a variety of delivery services especially until UPS gets it's act straightened up. read more

Ups delivered my package to the wrong address trying to get ahold of someone is nearly impossible.

They are the worst delivery system I've experienced. Unfortunately the business I was getting something from just uses them. Tracking it, it said it was on the truck at 7am. They came by at 7 pm when no one was home and didn't leave it. It says it will go to a distribution center by 1pm the next day. It's 6 pm now, still nothing. Does it really take 12 hours to deliver something in Waco. How many packages do you have in that truck? USPS is so much quicker and predictable. Received a package tucked way back in our Mail Box today 12/13/21 and found the package to have been cut open. On further examination it was discovered that the main product was missing and all that was left in the package was charging cord, strap and rubber buds. They delivered a package knowing it had been opened. Or someone at UPS new the return address and knew what was in the package and took it for them self. UPS can not be trusted, take care when shipping anything through them. read more

This year UPS has had the worst service and doesn't even deserve one star. I live far off the road about 50 yards, my mailbox is on the road. The delivery drivers have placed all my Christmas boxes on the road at the mailbox available to anyone driving by. My most recent shipment is showing delivery on front doorstep after multiple past complaints about deliveries I mentioned. However, now there is no package on my doorstep, front, back, or otherwise, any where on my property. Totally dissatisfied with the lack of service and the option to speak with someone locally, since they don't even open until 4pm, and the 800 number is a joke. Thanks ups, no thanks. read more

I have had packages delivered to me through other companies without a problem and now ups says that my address is incorrect. My package was supposed to get here 4 days ago and called ups and said no one was home and they'd try again the next day, and the same thing happened the next day. The third day I called they said my they couldn't find my house when just a few days ago they had said that no one was home to receive the package. They now say I have to pick it up at the ups location, they say it's open from 9am-7pm I have gone twice today and the door is closed! If I could rate this a zero I would! read more

I had a package worth a lot of money. They said they delivered, which they didn't. I have security cameras everywhere and they did not deliver at 9:18pm. Now I can't get a refund or replacement because they said it was delivered. UPS is usually good at delivering here, but whomever said it was delivered needs fired! It arrived at this Facility, Processed at the Facility, Put on a Truck at this Facility.....and DISAPPEARED. Supposedly a supervisor and 2 Employees searched for it....NOTHING, no call back, no package...nothing. My Son did file a Police Report, and was told that their are "numerous" Thief Reports concerning this Facility and the 2 others in Waco, Tx. And, trying to contact anyone at this Facility is close to impossible (A don't care attitude) Please make sure your package DOES NOT go to these UPS Facility......something is very wrong going on w/these UPS Facilities. Normally I don't leave bad reviews, and I would leave zero stars if I could. This is the SECOND time this has happened. First time I put it down as miscommunication. They didn't deliver my package even though I was home. This time I was LITERALLY walking down my driveway to meet them and they took off. The pickup center is FORTY FIVE minutes away in one direction. Today was my only day off; I work 12-14 hr shifts every other day. I am not available any other time. I have been using the tracking feature and have been keeping an eye on it for over FIVE hours! I am EXTREMELY frustrated and angry that they can't simply deliver a package that needs a signature. read more

I use Amazon all the time and probably get 4-6 deliveries a month. Last Friday when a promised packadge did not arrive, I recieved an email informing me that my address (the same one I have had for 2.5 years) is incorrect and they cannot find my house.....fed ex found it last week with no problem! In fact, up till now UPS has found my house??? UPS customer service is long and horrible process. They now want me to come pick the package up in Waco. First of all, the first 3 years of living just outside of Hillsboro, TX, UPS had no problem delivering packages to us and now they can't find us even though they have to drive by us to get to our neighbor, no choice but to drive right by us!! I ordered an item off Amazon the was to be delivered on June 4, 2021, guess what? It didn't get delivered because they used UPS to deliver it and they, of course, can't find us. We go to UPS and make arrangements to have the package delivered on June 5th, guess what? It doesn't get delivered! Now the delivery guy said he was here at 7:09 am...he lied!!! My sweet sister sent me tamales on dry ice, in a Styrofoam chest, inside of large box. The Styrofoam chest was taped shut, and the box was very taped. She paid $124.00 for 2-day shipping. Though the package was marked FRAGILE, it looked like it was dropped or stepped on. The chest was busted open and the exterior box was soaked, stinking and falling apart. The driver just left the box even though I had my door open. The tamales were thawed out but still cool. Inside of their bags. Business must be so good they no longer care about their customers. If I could rate this center zero, I would. I have had 3 packages sent via UPS now (not my choice; the companies I ordered from used UPS). Granted I live in a new neighborhood, on a new street, UPS flagged my address as incorrect. I live here at this address. It's CORRECT!! I have had deliveries with FED EX and they have delivered my packages with zero issues. I have gone as far as to submit my address with Google so they could update their maps. I have had deliveries to this address, such as furniture and everyone has been able to find it via Google Maps. Lack of trying extra steps to ensure I receive my merchandise I have paid for and put trust into UPS to deliver is giving me a bad taste in my mouth with UPS as a whole. It is especially disappointing because I had words with a supervisor at this location to fix this problem so it does not happen again. Apparently, they don't care customers get their stuff. This company has really gone downhill. We have had several orders returned because the driver said it had to be signed for, it did not. Today, our order was not delivered because they used the excuse they could not find our apt. We don't live in an apartment. It's a residence. We checked the address. It was correct. Horrible customer service. One of the drivers delivered my package to the wrong address (a completely different street). Once they were able to track the delivery truck and verified that he did in fact leave my package at the wrong address, I didn't even receive so much as an apology from them.
