One was for $40 and the other for $30 plus she paid $12 out of pocket to have the same services. I didn't have a gift card and was charged $45 for the same services. I was told I had to pay for the package price, made no sense and that was the first strike against them. There was one staff member, I believe the owner, that took care of the three girls. I saw one other staff member taking care of one girl. On a Saturday there were two people to run the salon. Strike number two. The girls waited, and waited. They were restless and bored waiting their turn and it took at least 90 minutes or more to finish the services, and we were at the salon for nearly two hours. Strike three. Nothing special about the polish job, I could've done better. It's not a real mani/pedi, they are just soaking feet and polishing finger and toe nails. The water in my daughter's tub was cold and they had to get hot water from a faucet in back. My child is 9, perhaps the targeted age here is 5 to 8? You can dress up and do karaoke, pay for overpriced toys and dress up outfits and enjoy non-nutritious snacks. The salon is colorful and girly and will appeal to most any girl. We have no desire to return, a much better mani/pedi can be had at Rainbow Nails for a fraction of the cost.

I handed over my sweet girl and they broke her leg! It was a severe break and I have vet statement and Xrays to show it. She required a $3000 surgery to repair her leg, but never made it that far. She passed away from sedation. 18 years old and I've had her since since she was 10 months old. Gone....just like that! A healthy strong bird....my sweet Ivy girl. What happened to her has been just gut wrenching painful and heartbreaking! I miss her every minute of every day. They took my girl from me! PLEASE DO NOT take your birds here for grooming! Take them to a vet! Also know that there's another similar review from 3 years ago from a woman named Michelle from clifton park, so this has happened before! Don't risk your bird's life! It's fine to buy things here, but don't risk it please! It happened to me, it can happen to you! I'd give anything in the world to have that day back and just stay home.....my Ivy would still be alive and here with me! Also....no one wants to take responsibility for what happened to my bird in their care! They claim she must have done this to herself by flapping/thrashing around in the carrier!
