At 10:45 am I recieved an email back apologizing saying the employee didn't know she was scheduled and that she is on her way and would be there in fifteen minutes, at 11 am. Let me remind you, 11 am was "not available". Incredibly unprofessional business. We left and asked for a refund of our deposit.
