Companies like this are why wedding planning can be so stressful for couples. Due to unprofessionalism and an extreme lack of communication, we were very disappointed. We also were told that due to some equipment not operating properly and the lack of communication that we would receive a partial refund. We never received said refund, even after reaching out about it numerous times after our wedding. Just sad. Hopefully they can turn things around, as other reviews seem to be positive. I wish I could leave a no star rating.

I was made to feel like a crazy person when they told me they were not comfortable renting to me all because I wanted to know about their insurance and if it would cover guest injury. They told me I would have to sign a liability waiver upon delivery of the bouncey house which I agreed to and I asked them if I could have guests sign a liability waive as well. Well I guess they were uncomfortable with my concerns and questions because they said they didn't want to rent to me now. I'm very unhappy this is how you treat your customers. These are normal questions and concerns and if you can't handle these kind of things you shouldn't be in the business.
