Eventually, I found them at another event (Taste of the Nation) and saw it in BOTTLES. So happy to say that very soon they'll be opening a brick and mortar in Wynwood. In the meantime, I've been able to find it on tap at spots around town like American Social. At a recent event, Gravity brought their cortadito coffee porter to sample. I'm not a porter fan but guests LOVED it. I'm happy to see that their menu will feature a wide range of styles from IPAs and and red ales, to the emerging sour varieties (which I also still need to warm up to). To top it all off, owner Diego Ganoza is one of the nicest people I've ever met! He's excited to bring his brews to the people of Miami and we are definitely lucky to have him.

The vibe was cozy, relaxed, and honestly such a nice change from the usual busy Wynwood atmosphere. Of course we had to try the sours, and they were AMAZING. The kiwi, mango, and passion fruit flavors were all so good and super refreshing. The service was also incredible -- our waitress was so friendly and helpful with recommendations. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they had happy hour from 11 to 1, and it worked out perfectly since we got there right during that time. Great drinks, great service, and a chill atmosphere that still feels fun without being chaotic. We couldn't even finish our last beers or order the meal we had intended to. The hostess, Alexa, told our server that the table was reserved and that we had been informed of that. We had not. When we were seated, we were told it was a communal table and that another group would eventually be seated with us, which we were fine with. However, neither our group or the other party seated with us were told there was a time limit or that we would be asked to leave before the next game. We confirmed this with the other guests when both groups were moved right before the Colombia match. So, if you're planning to watch World Cup games here, be aware that you may be asked to give up your table without prior notice. As for the rest of the experience, the beer selection was solid, and our server, Edwin, was awesome. The menu offered plenty of options, though what we tried was underwhelming.

The atmosphere is very hip, punk like in its decor. Tried a tap beer and then their lager made in collaboration with Tripping Animals. Good light beer with their fun bright red rose logo on the can. People at the bar seemed friendly. They had an interesting shot item called the death shot I believe and it was a strange mixture of Mallort along with some other liquors. I didn't not try it. I watched a guy next to us try it and he said it's not great but not horrible. He said it did its job and worked really well Bartender chick was friendly and quick. We told our host as much as we sat outside and asked him to add a table for some friends who were joining later.
