Great, there is parking near by (street parking) if you needed. Or you can uber to the pickup/drop off location. The bar had one restroom (lines will form with your group) or there are porta-potties as well. The bus itself was okay. The music wasn't loud enough on our bus. But the ride was smooth. Our group of 15 bought out all of the Jell-O shots ($4 a shot) before the end of the ride. But, they had plenty of beer, margarita cans, and seltzers left. I wish they had some zero-sugar sodas and offered free water on the bus. I'd recommend coming with a prepared setlist, so that you keep the party going because our driver let us control the music. But, we couldn't control the loudness. Decent price for the party bus and the price of the drinks on the bus were alright. read more

Took a tour on this party bus. The bus itself was nice, would recommend it, based on a few items being fixed. Problem areas to be concerned about before booking: 1. Very limited on drink selections that were advertised. More than half of the selections they said they sold, and the Jell-O shots, were not available. Recommendation to solve this problem is to make sure all product is in stock that you advertise. 2. Pickup and drop off location needs improvement. For example, after the tour was over our party had to use the bathroom facility. We were told our group was not allowed in the bar facility because tour groups were only allowed to use the porta potties in the back/outside. Problem with this is it becomes a safety issue when you have a group of females being sent to a dark portion of the outside building with no lamps or security. (Keeping in mind we weren't denied going inside the bar because of intoxication or anything - because there wasn't much alcohol to purchase on the bus). To solve this problem the owner of the tour company should reach out to the owner of the bar/restaurant (at the pickup/drop-off location) and establish a relationship for tour guests to be allowed to use their bathroom before and after the tour. Which ultimately would increase revenue for the bar. - currently, be prepared to use porta potties for bathroom needs if you take this tour. 3. I would recommend before the tour, send them a list of song requests for the DJ (if it's important for you to hear some songs you like). Our DJ was nice but he only played what he wanted and not what was requested at the time of the tour (maybe he didn't have access to songs we wanted played). 4. The driver of the bus was extremely nice and courteous. This is a great employee and makes you feel very welcome. Kudos to this employee. To summarize, I would book this tour again as long as I clarified ahead of time they have a stocked bar as advertised, confirm what the bathroom situation is (this is important) , and send a list of song requests ahead of time. read more

I booked a party bus through Upstage about a week and a half in advance for my birthday and had one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever dealt with. After receiving a confirmation email, number, and signing waivers, I was shocked to get a call just three hours before our scheduled ride telling me it was canceled. The reason? Another group that was supposed to be on the same bus hadn't paid--and they couldn't reach them. Why confirm a booking if everyone hasn't paid? And how is it okay to cancel on the party that did? They offered to move us to Saturday at 9 p.m. (our original time was Friday at 6:30 p.m. for a sunset ride I had planned), but that wasn't an acceptable alternative. They also mentioned another bus--but then said it would "probably be booked up" - obviously it would be full considering it was so close to the scheduled departure time. They stated I would be getting a refund - and the refund didn't even match the total we paid. We were also required to pre-purchase drinks through their partnered vendor, Green Light Bar. So after my bus reservation was cancelled, my friend had to leave a voicemail just to try to cancel the drink order which eventually resulted in them contacting her back and refunding her order. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and disorganized experience. Not what you want for a birthday--or any special occasion. I wouldn't book with them again. read more

Bus was very nice ! I ordered enough liquor . Loved the stop and picture at Capitol . Host could have been more engaging . High direction required with people drinking . Offer the water we bought , remind people how to use Photo Booth as no one really did , though it was raining , once we got on Broadway , open up the flap windows so we can engage with people . We rented the Miss Avery Grace for my 40th birthday in Nashville. It was a really easy booking process. All waivers could be signed electronically so it eliminated wasting time while at the Green Light Bar where pick up was. Our DJ/Bartender and driver were both great. We had so much fun touring the city while drinking, dancing and having a blast. The Miss Avery Grace bus is totally girly but even the guys loved it. The pink leather seats were beautiful, the glittery ceiling, flower wall, and photo booth were the total package. If I could do my birthday again, I would rebook our reservation for 12. It was affordable and the drinks were so cheap compared to anywhere else in the city (you pre-order your booze). read more

I was in town at a rooftop bar checking out the scenery down below. I saw different party buses, pedal buses, and other types of vehicles for groups down below. Many of the party buses that I saw were old black converted school buses that looked kind of lame. Then I saw the Upstage Party Bus!! It looked clean, high class, and looked like a night club on wheels. It was not a old, rickety, looking bus like the rest so after looking at all the options I knew we had to go on Upstage and it didn't disappoint. Such a great time! While riding around we noticed some of the buses are not covered. We had a daytime ride so we were so thankful we chose this company. This bus is covered with open air with an industrial fan for when it's really hot, and a fun crew. They'll play music or you can make requests, they'll download anything you want. I'm not a huge partier but this was an amazing two hours. Bring your own Booze, love it, they supply the cups and ice. Got a tour of the city, people walking on the streets were cheering to us. This bus had the best sound system compared to the other ones that went by us. I can't remember everyone's names but Patrick was a great host, the DJ had a great variety of genres, and the driver, wow, to get thru some of the spots with that large of a vehicle was crazy. Honestly best decision made for our bachelorette weekend! While others rented different party buses and party bike rentals, theirs lacked sunshade while we had all the amenities of a rooftop and extra space to dance, sit or stand! We even got a lot of compliments by other bridal parties who wish they would've booked our luxurious ride! The staff was great and the music was good but the only thing that lacked was the playlist. We could've definitely requested our own but we didn't have a playlist in mind and the DJ kept playing the same songs so I would just have a playlist handy. This party bus was so fun- no roof so you get to soak in all the beautiful sunshine, no windows so your view of Nashville is unobstructed, no need to sit down so you can dance and mingle your heart away, and SO much room for groups (we had 8 in our group with MORE than enough room- we had a full on runway for dancing!). Had an amazing time! We purchased the group party bus option since we were a small group of 5 and met some really cool people on the tour. The host/driver along with the DJ & bartender were all pleasant and very professional. The only suggestion I would give is mixing up the music a little more (which I know can be difficult for some DJs since everyone has varying taste) but maybe add an option to the booking tab that asks for music preferences and that way it would be easier to gauge what the crowd wants to hear but overall everything was great and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! read more

We researched a ton of party buses in the area for my best friend's bachelorette weekend and ultimately decided on Upstage. Right from the start, they were quick to respond to our messages on Facebook and that was just our experience before getting on the bus. This was my group's first party bus and it certainly won't be our last. We had soooo much fun! The dj was great, the bartender was basically reading our minds, and our driver was fantastic as well. We did a shared bus with two other groups, and they honestly made it so fun! We had planned to go home afterwards but ended up going out with some of our new friends. Overall, our experience with Upstage was absolutely fantastic and if and when I do another party bus, I know exactly who to come to. My one piece of advice that I never thought about before was WEAR FLAT SHOES! I wore wedges and honestly spent most of the time trying to stay upright. Definitely wearing tennis shoes for my next bus. Besides the shoes being my own fault, this was a 10/10 experience! read more
