I've wanted to do a beer bike tour since the first time I saw it in Nashville! It's so much more lively than what I've seen in other cities! Paige is the real MVP! She was the best tour guide that kept us safe and got us drunk! We brought our own drinks, but undershot a tad bit so Paige sold us a 6 pack before we left. We had a great time playing drinking games and pedaling around Broadway, got dropped off at one bar for a quick bathroom and shot break, and ended our tour at Ol' Smokey distillery to continue our adventure! We were paried with a group who was celebrating a birthday and they were pretty awesome. Although they were late, our group was having to much fun to even care. We got to the area early and luckily a bar opened up in that parking lot just 2 days prior to us arriving. Definitely would recommend, we had two great hosts (Sammi and a gentleman, I am blanking on his name as in writing this a week later, they were on the shift together), we pedaled around downtown Nashville, stopped at two bars, once for jello shot, and the other time for a lemon vodka shot. I have done over 10 pedal pubs all over the country and this was unfortunately my worst experience. I was told to meet the crew outside of 122 3rd Ave S. and my crew was meeting inside (because it was hot) of the address that was provided (a bar) for a while before our start time and we didn't see the pedal pub outside. Knowing we needed to be there 15 minutes in advance I went and walked outside to see if there was something I was missing and I'm glad I did because they were not at the same address listed on the confirmation email. I think they need to have a system to call the guests when they are outside so people won't miss them. Then from the second that my group walked up to the pedal pub it was clear that out guides did NOT want to be there. They were short with us and rude and did not convey things in a nice manner. Some girls in our party even comparing them to "bullies." This is also the first pedal pub that did not let you play your own music, which I found unfortunate because in my opinion thats the best part. The guide on the inside of the tour was also drinking and shotgunning our alcohol which I found inappropriate. Finally, the bike itself was so motor powered (no resistance compared to other bikes I've been on) that it didn't even seem like we were pedaling. Overall I was mostly disappointed with the Music City Crawler guides we received. read more

Sam, a young girl got us settled in, told us about the trip and some games we would play and then nothing. Dean was our guide, and he was phenomenal. not only did he rock the mullet like a pro, but he was fun, energetic and had an awesome playlist set up for us. our tour had 3 groups, 2 bachelorette parties and our group of 4 (2 couples between the age of 45 - 50). we had a blast. definitely started out our experience in Nashville on the right foot. so glad that we started and ended the tour right in front the Ole Smokey Moonshine Distillery, because we ended up inside before and after our tour.
