He agreed to install all genuine OEM dealer parts. He drained transmission fluid, and I was very thankful he did because previous dealer services they did not replace ATF filter. Another thing that I like, he was willing to take photos when everything was disassembled so I could see how much wear it was around the engine. Lastly, I asked him to save old parts. Very good service and the car runs better now. For sure will be back again.

He came to my house and looked at my car and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the issue. He did charge me to come look because that's part of the cost. We agreed on a time, and he showed up when he said he'd be there and my car was fixed for the price he had told me. I had major oil leaks and needed my car to be fixed! Since then he's done cv axle, ball joints, brakes, starter, and alternator. So far I haven't had any problem he couldn't fix. And did I mention he shows up when he says he will? No leaving my car somewhere for hours or even longer waiting til someone "gets around to it" He's not cheap, but he is professional, and that's worth every dime to me.

When I called to set…read moreup an appointment, I explained that my unit was not working at all and it appeared the fan motor had frozen up. Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left.
