The associate and also the store manager that helped seemed to actually "care" about doing right and clearly I was mistaken with their approach. I was offered a new s26 for $100 and the rest would be covered under a promo for adding a new line. After adding the new line, they also gave me a sim card to add an additional line at any time at no cost. We have not used the new line whatsoever, but every single month since I have had to reach out the customer care because they have screwed up my bill each month and charging me for a new phone. Each time and each rep I talk too acknowledge that I am correct that the promo should be there and they have to credit my account accordingly each month. Every month its a different amount too and I have to reach out to adjust. They are still currently charging me tax on both lines, in which only one is being used. Its a never ending cycle and I can say the entire customer support team at T-Mobile, whether its in a store or through chat...don't really seem to care...or they simply dont have knowledge on how to make an account correct. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

She called Customer help line and the first person said she could not be helped she hung up and dialed again and the rep. was on the phone with her for an hour. In the middle of all this Sal walked out never stopping to ask if she had solved the issue, how she was making out or anything. When we went back later to modify our plan there were 3 people working, a couple of customers and after waiting 1/2 hr we left. The last time we went we were finally waited on after 20 minutes and the young woman did not know anything about our plan, and faced with her ignorance, refused to help us, telling us to call the 1-800 number. At the beginning of the conversation I had said "I bought my phone here in January" and before we left she accused me of lying, saying I couldn't have bought my phone there in January since they only opened in February. It is true they changed buildings but it is the only AT&T store in Geneva and the staff is the same (unfortunately) so by "here" I meant "at the AT&T store in Geneva."

I was very impressed with his quick solution for the major computer problem I brought into the shop. During that interaction I mentioned another nagging issue that needed attention and he offered to solve that for me remotely. A few days later Matt remoted into my PC at home and in a short time solved, my second issue -- a problem that had bothered me for years. He is efficient, professionally knowledgeable and personally likeable. He has become my "go to" person whenever I need serious technology help or just a few questions answered.
