When we went back later to modify our plan there were 3 people working, a couple of customers and after waiting 1/2 hr we left. The last time we went we were finally waited on after 20 minutes and the young woman did not know anything about our plan, and faced with her ignorance, refused to help us, telling us to call the 1-800 number. At the beginning of the conversation I had said "I bought my phone here in January" and before we left she accused me of lying, saying I couldn't have bought my phone there in January since they only opened in February. It is true they changed buildings but it is the only AT&T store in Geneva and the staff is the same (unfortunately) so by "here" I meant "at the AT&T store in Geneva."

She called Customer help line and the first person said she could not be helped she hung up and dialed again and the rep. was on the phone with her for an hour. All in all she ended up doing it on her tablet and was it was finally done. In the middle of all this Sal walked out never stopping to ask if she had solved the issue, how she was making out or anything. We called Mertec to come out and fix the pump or we were going to have to have our house full of people go home. My call was answered on the first ring by a pleasant gentleman. He asked a bunch of questions then made some suggestions as to what we might try first. We did and called him back. Based on what we told him at that point, he made some final suggestions and asked that I call him back and let him know how that worked out. We did what he said and the pump worked great. I called him back to say thank you and ask how much I owed him and he chuckled and said you don't owe me anything, but that if plumping needs arise in the future to think of him. I absolutely will look to Mertec for any future needs as well as recommend them to anyone in need. Our fix was simple for people that have some basic mechanical knowledge. However, rather than take our money, be was more interested in making sure we has water service. Thank you for saving our weekend.
