When we went back later to modify our plan there were 3 people working, a couple of customers and after waiting 1/2 hr we left. The last time we went we were finally waited on after 20 minutes and the young woman did not know anything about our plan, and faced with her ignorance, refused to help us, telling us to call the 1-800 number. At the beginning of the conversation I had said "I bought my phone here in January" and before we left she accused me of lying, saying I couldn't have bought my phone there in January since they only opened in February. It is true they changed buildings but it is the only AT&T store in Geneva and the staff is the same (unfortunately) so by "here" I meant "at the AT&T store in Geneva."

I was very impressed with his quick solution for the major computer problem I brought into the shop.
