The store inventory was placed perfect to see everything. I got locked on a few items and did some measuring of a nice hutch/TV stand and a clock. I took pictures and sent them to my son as he was at work. I asked to save it for a few hours and will be back to look with my son. Erica was the salesperson who helped me. She was very professional and an accommodating !! I was back in a few hours. (after closing hours to wait for us). And I did buy the items. Great customer service from beginning to the end..... I have not tried to sell anything here, but we have purchased items here successfully. There is no negotiation aside from the posted price - at least the signs all say that. This store would be a good place to find a hidden gem or to sell something that is nice but no longer fits your space or style. I posted a cool picture of this large, round vintage, art-deco style table that seats about 8-10 but I had no where to put it. Which was good, because my wife hated it.

The shop accepts consignment only after qualifying (this is not a thrift shop) and on a 50/50 split of the sale. They do have delivery options available for nominal fees, usually per trip and not per item, so multiple items are the same delivery charge as one item. Also, if you have qualifying furniture, you can buy something, have it delivered and swap out your consignment pieces all at the same time, same trip. This is a small shop but lots of fun and always fresh!

This is the 2nd time I used Greystone for chair repairs. The first was a ladder chair broken at…read morethe top center. When I got it back, it looked like they had used tinted hot glue to piece it together. It was old but not an antique and I assumed it was the best that could be done. I recently brought in a new white chair that had a back leg broken (teen boys!) When I went to pick it up, the woman at the desk commented on how clean it was and they don't usually get chairs that clean. When I got it home, I noticed dirty fingerprints all over it. As I was trying to clean it, I realized it also had a red dusting all over it. I believe they must have taken it to their shop, and let it sit there uncovered while the sanded other pieces of furniture. While the repair of the leg is solid, not protecting the furniture from dirt in their shop is unacceptable. It still looks dingy compared to the other chairs, very disappointed.
