Sales are to get rid of old, stale inventory, not to make a sale because your prices are crazy and make no sense. No wonder why several of your stores got shut down. Home Sense seemed like an upgraded Marshall's focused on home, leaving out the clothes, shoes, and sometimes sporting equipment of Marshall's. Instead, more emphasis on home decor and decorating, still retaining the cookware and gourmet (ish) foods. Staff was ample through the store and helpful. Bottom line, the prices and selection were fantastic for this decor store. Recognizing it is not a niche, specialty decor store, for a larger chain and also inside their store family, this one is a winner.
