The service tech that checked me in the day of my appointment was just as friendly. The building is well kept and clean, offering coffee and water, with a very comfortable waiting area with a flat screen tv and comfortable chairs. The bulb replacement was done in a reasonable amount of time. They also checked all of my lights and replaced the tag light that I didn't know was out. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the work was warranties so if there was a problem he would not have to come back here. Well... after I dropped it off to him a week later it had a small problem. He took it locally in FL and told him he would be reimbursed by calling the 800 number. I stopped in at Carolina Automotive to get a copy of the original receipt and they reimbursed me completely without having to call the number. They were (again) extremely nice and I certainly appreciated not having to put in the claim. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs!

The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.

I dropped the car off and the next day got a voicemail that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. Great, when I finished transferring my belongings back into my car I am told it just went up on the lift to get worked on. No work had been done whatsoever. Lots of miscommunications on their end. Finally, when I schedule an appointment to get the car fixed the following week they tell me they can't get me in/don't have a loner car until the following week because some people blew their engines and their cars were being worked on. I said "forgot it, nevermind" and went to a competitor I used in Greenville before. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours and had the loner car ready. Ridiculous..
