Upsurge was very kid-friendly! My grandkids had a great time and really enjoyed the experience. A fun spot for families.

I was so glad that Tuscaloosa had an indoor place where kids could play. It didn't take long for the place to get run down. They charge $18 AN HOUR per kid with a little discount for each additional hour so they are making a killing!! Take some of that money and keep it nice. I do not understand. This needs immediate attention and a major facelift. read more

Haven't been here since high school, came by tonight with some friends for a good time. We were getting our registration/money stuff sorted out at the counter when a group of three high school aged teens came in. After a few minutes of hearing them talk behind us, one of them began cussing loudly and excessively. The worker behind the counter to him to mind his language, as there were children in the building. That punk didn't like the sound of that so he began running his mouth even more despite the worker was handling the situation quite calmly and politely. At one point, the 'customer' even threatened to fight the worker! Eventually the trio left but man, I still feel bad for the worker. If any higher ups are reading this, give this poor dude a raise or something. He was unbelievably chill during this whole situation. read more

Horrible experience. Waste of money, bathrooms are very dirty, and for the price they charge for parties is ridiculous and they only allow you to be in the room you paid $300 for,for only the last 30 minutes of your time, let alone they also wouldn't let you in the room to set up or decorate when they did not explain that they had dollar tree plates and utensils So I brought my own. They rushed us out the room spraying cleaning products and sweeping over my son's birthday cake which we did not have time to serve because they rushed us stepping over all of our food and gifts almost throwing my whole cake away. It is awesome kind staff not the cleanest but you know it's a trampoline park sooo they do not suck your money and have fair prices

Horrible experience.... rude owner who asked us to leave because my 7 month old who crawled onto one of her trampolines wasn't "paid for".... will never come back again and you shouldn't even bother wasting your money on this unclean place either. My daughter and I enjoy a couple days a month at upsurge. The staff is always great. We go during the middle of the day usually so it's usually like we have our own private tramp. Park. I love the fact that my daughter and I can both get a little exercise in while having a blast together. Today Upsurge hosted our two 9 year old sons' birthday party and everything was perfect.

Had my sons birthday party here. Kids had an awesome time, place is very clean and kid friendly. The upstairs area with couches and a TV's are a nice touch. Only downside is the party rooms are early too small. Staff was friendly and very helpful. read more

In October I went for my little cousin's birthday and it was so much fun!!! I did front flip and backwards trust fall into a foam pit. The employees were really nice, and I didn't get hurt. The rooms were nice but a little dirty and the battle thing was kinda awkward feeling here is a bit of help for the management make the bar inside of there a bit bigger. read more

We literally just left y'all park in Tuscaloosa and to say it was horrible is an understatement. We have a monthly passes to urban air in trussville but since moving to Berry we decided to take our kids to y'all's Tuscaloosa park because it was closer..... $127 wasted!!! As a women I've wasted some money in my life but nothing compares to this waste of money, we pay $60 roughly a month for our jump passes at urban air and yalls park doesn't even come close. The obstacle course wasn't even open and that was by far the least of the issues we had. Aside from literally having my ass grabbed by a maybe 12-13 year old boy when I was trying to get my 2 year old daughter ready to go, there were kids literally wrestling and throwing each other down on the hard floors and cussing in front of little kids. Most jump houses have a place for little kids but not y'all, we have an older son as well and he was ready to leave before we were there an hour. Needless to say we did not stay the whole two hours because of how bad it was. All the parents with smaller kids had them in one of the dodge ball areas because there was no supervision except one guy (there were two "watching" only one was actually doing his job and he was down by where all the little kids were) for 127 you'd think there would be way more to do especially since there is no where online on the website the says what you do have at the park. The manager( I guess) did keep telling everyone to stop wresting and stop cussing but it doesn't do any good if there's not anyone actually watching. I work in customer service so leaving reviews is not my thing unless it's something really bad because I know how they can hurt people but this was horrible which is why I'm emailing it first. I feel disgusted and since me and my husband spend our anniversary having a family night every year (today was our anniversary) we expected so much more especially for the money we spent. Do better or just do something because what we got was not worth what we spent in the slightest bit. read more

great place to go!! this will be the second year we have purchased gift cards as presents for the children/teens in the family. we go to toddler tuesdays quite frequently and they are very accomodating! my kids (2 and 6) and my husband absolutely love this place! we have also been to the regular hours jump session and it is just as good as any other day! just the price is different of course. overall we love this place! and i cant wait to bring all the kids in the family with their gift cards, cuz of course, if im giving them a gift card im going with them! #adult #dontcare #weloveupsurge read more
