Son's birthday. He wanted a party this year. It's summer so we opted for a weekday hoping more kids would be in town and able to come. That aspect worked with an 85-90% turn out. This place is huge. Trampolines, foam pits, dodge ball, a ninja warrior course, a blob to jump into, raised basketball goals and more. The party gives you an hr of play with 30 mins or so in the party room. You don't get to return to play... which is lame. It's expensive for an hr of play. $20 bucks per person. Additionally, I had to pay for my 3 yr old and had to pay for myself to accompany her. Pricey but fun. Kids had a blast. They wanted to play more though. Wife made the reservation. I didn't know the details and was a bit disappointed with the limited amount of play time. The party room was adequate. The hostess was absentee which appears to be a systemic issue based on the other party review. They brought the coolers in for my wife and threw a few plates and napkins in the room and we didn't see her again until it was over. They shorted us on drinks. We bought extra pizza. They allow outside food which is nice. Overall great time for the kids. Super tiring. It was tough to get out of ball pits FYI! It's not private. It's gen pop / players and party goers. Next time I would likely see about letting the kids play for longer and skip the party room/ hostess scenario. It was of no material benefit. The little girl that was our assigned hostess appeared way overbooked and simply couldn't keep up which is a managerial issue. Overall a good time. Made my son and his friends happy so at the end of the day that was all that mattered. read more

I got to be honest, this place isn't the place you want to bring your child age 8 and under. The manager is very young and so is the assistant. Many older teens come here and take over the place and a rude to the kids because they are the manager's friends and the manager just needs to be fired. Also- the place is very dirty. Especially the bathrooms. It just needs to improve BIGTIME. Oh- and one more thing. They just added two new features to the park including a bouncy basketball court thingy and a slide. The basketball court is always open because no one has to supervise what is going on there but the slide is always closed because the employees are very lazy. Please do not waste your money here as it is pretty expensive as well. Take you kid to a different trampoline park if they want to go to one. read more

You get exactly what you come for! I come here with friends to unwind and it makes for a fun workout. My shoulders are always sore the next day from climbing out of the many foam pits. There's a zip line, several "free jump" areas, sports/dodgeball, slack lines and ropes. I learned how to do a backflip here, something I'd always been too afraid to try! This place was so fun! I had found a groupon and bf and I had to check it out. It was a Thursday and there was no one here. We had everything to ourselves. It was great! Website allowed the sale of adult tickets during non adult times. This error was not caught until after my party of 12 arrived onsite. Staff on site was under equip to manage the situation. While completely understanding the company policy and value to blocking out times for younger children the mixup here was caused by a oversite in the online reservation system that allowed adult tickets to be sold for the 7 and under jump-time. Next Levl's error caused a great inconvenience and overall disruption to our post thanksgiving family time. What management was onsite to handle the mixup exercised no meaningful mediation to address the situation. The lack of service reflects poorly on the company. read more

They are now called defy. HORRIBLE TRIP on May 20, 2021. I took 3 13 year old girls as a end of school year trip just to celebrate the successful completion. There was a school there already; but other than that it wasn't crowded. The girls jumped for a while and got thirsty. There was a note at concessions to ask staff for help and f needed. Well they asked staff if they could buy something to drink and the staff was RUDE and didn't open. So I left to get water from Publix next door. By the time I get back (less than 10 mins) the staff was serving the school kids that had just finished eating their lunch in a party room where they already had food & drinks. After my girls had their outside waters one of the staff members started to follow them around trying to discipline them for playing and watching them as if they were doing something they shouldn't be doing. My kid loves a trampoline park but does not want to ever go back here. It's sad that the kids can't even enjoy themselves because some people don't know how to treat others! Took my 7 yr old here for his birthday, we had a blast! Never been to a trampoline park before this one and we will definitely be frequent jumpers. Each area was fun, even for the adults. We also loved the fun socks you get to pick out and keep . They have "refs" to watch everyone and make sure rules are followed and such, but it seemed they only payed attention to the main jump area. So I'd recommend paying close attention to your child (especially the little ones) as some of the bigger kids were...we'll just say not very nice to the little kids. But still recommend because it was fun for all of us and a fun way for the kids to get some good exercise! read more

This was one of the best trampoline parks I have ever experienced. It is very spacious. My daughter truly enjoyed herself. There is a free fall attraction where kids can jump from the second floor to a trampoline on the 1st floor. It's like adults where having more fun that the kids. Be sure to drink plenty of water before going because it is a good workout. read more

Took my 7 yr old son here and he loved it. Line is long and the air hockey games were out of service. Probably be nice to have more arcade games being you wait for games to open up. Also long wait in line to get a wrist band. However seemed clean and my son was happy. Not a bad price either and plenty of staff around. read more

I LOVED it!! Next Levl was so much fun and I am 19... it is seriously so fun for all ages and it has everything. I gave it 4/5 because we had Party reservations for 10:00-11:30 and they did not assist us until 10:30, so it threw off our lunch reservations. They did extend the play time for 30 min, but that's what we payed for originally. They really just needed more team members working so everyone could be assisted. Overall, so much fun and you could spend hours there with or without a big party of people. read more

My kids had a blast! I was a little hesitant to bring them after reading reviews on another website since my daughter is 3 and I didn't want her to get trampled on. But I was pleasantly surprised at how many employees corrected children being unsafe. It was a busy Sunday afternoon but they kept the atmosphere enjoyable. The customer service at the entrance and front desk were knowledgeable and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back when we're in the area again! read more
