While I used to like this place for a quick affordable convenience, it no longer holds up. Although they didn't want to post anything or let people know they no longer provide the 3day return car wash for gold and above. I was unaware they got rid of this "standard" they've provided since they've been open, they also increased prices to an unreasonable amount especially considering theyve removed the 3day return. When I asked an employee her response was .....interesting "no we took that option away on Monday that's why the prices went up"...:: so I asked, the prices went up because you removed options from the customer....."well yeah that's why prices went up we don't do 3day returns anymore". Went in to get a premium car wash that I paid for I didn't get the thick pinkish bluish soap to wash my car and the soap that did come out was very little. I'm feeling ripped off. Also if you buy the premium car wash you used to get half off if you saved your receipt this is under new management. You don't get that anymore. I will be moving on. read more

Took my vehicle through the wash about 2 weeks after I bought it and immediately noticed several scratches running up the hood of my vehicle. I contacted management and wouldn't even entertain a third party (professional paint detailer), observe the damage to the vehicle to determine an ultimate cause. I prefer to use the quarter machines to spray wash my own vehicles but whenever I'm in a time crunch I come here to get a quick wash before heading out somewhere. Honestly the best option is to pay for the platinum and they allow you to come back with the receipt and get the next wash for half the price. Unfortunately for bigger vehicles, I wouldn't suggest because they don't come out fully clean but with my smaller vehicles it's pretty decent for the time spent driving thru quickly. I usually go here and don't have any bad experiences but me and my bf took his moms car to wash it and vacuum to surprise her about a week ago. We were mid way through vacuuming and this girl that worked there went around and turned the vacuums off suddenly. I heard this guy next to us say "my vacuum isn't working" and she said "we're closed." Then sure enough I went to do the back seat of the car and it was off. I've never had this happen before. I would think they would close the entrance of the wash and let the remaining cars finish vacuuming the cars. We got half done vacuuming our car but the dude next to us literally just came out of the wash and didn't get to vacuum his car at all. Waited in a line for close to 20 mins to get to the point to pay for the wash itself. Paid for my wash and then sat again in a line for a few more to get in the wash. As I pull up to the wash I realize the sign is showing I'm getting the base wash when I just paid for the top of the line. I catch the kid at the start and tell him and he responds "Oh I'll see what's going on and get it fixed." Then proceeds to run me through with the base wash anyway! Okay so I have a Wrangler and I know this car has difficulty running thru car washes because of the back tire but this car wash didn't even touch the hood or windshield. It's a joke. I've been to other car washes like Bliss car wash and I had no issues with any other part than the rear tire. I paid for the most expensive wash for my car to come out dirty and then to have to do a rewash. Pretty sucky. Especially when the dudes say they should've told me BEFORE purchasing about their issues with wranglers... well he didn't and I just wasted $14 for a crap job of a car wash. I even asked the guy working the purchase booth about the "free towel" for a yelp review and he didn't mention the Wrangler issue. SMH. Never again! here's your review and keep your towel. read more

Being brand new and discounted for their grand opening is the only reason this isn't a 1. Got the platinum wash, most expensive offered, and my car was definitely not clean afterwards. You can see in the photos it didn't get all of the dirt off the back window, smudges on the side, or dirt on the hood. With all positive comments, there may be a few concerns for the owner of the wash to consider. Clearly, you have posted signs that say a WASH MUST BE PAID BEFORE VACUUMING. In most instances, the majority of your customers follow this simple and posted rule. However, there are THOSE who seem fit to break the most simplest car wash rule and vacuum without every purchasing a car wash.
