I really like this place and is currently my car wash of choice. They always have friendly staff greeting you when you pull up. You never have to just sit and wait there. 9/10 times there is a cashier inside and paying is very easy, unlike some places that don't have a cashier inside. Waiting area inside is decent, could use a little love, but i always enjoy sitting outside. If you are SUPER picky about you car, this place isn't completely touchless. They have those nice lammbscloth things that drag over your car and they dont scratch you paint, but right before you go into the tunnel they do brush down your cars with some broom looking things that dont look like they are swirl free. I have a new car, and so far doesnt seems like anything has swirled or scratched my paint. They do a great job at cleaning your car though and a FANTASTIC job ay drying it. Other places try to rush the drying, but you can tell that they take their time drying and make sure they get every nook and cranny and make sure your car is nice and dried. 9/10 would recommend. read more

I've been coming here for almost a year now and they always do a great job! I've definitely waited an hour because I feel like they don't rush to clean the car which is something I always appreciate it. They have an inside that's cool with seats and couch if you wanna just relax and watch tv or be on the phone they also have snacks and drinks well you wait for purchase and like things for the car of course. Paid $80 to get my truck hand waxed was done in less than two hours and it looks horrible. It looks like they didn't even wash it. There's still spots all over my truck leftover wax that's dried on my paint. I will never bring my truck back here again. They do not know what they are doing. Be warned. It is supposedly under new management. And they change the name to Highland Karkleen. I am very pissed off. I had to bring my truck home and redo it myself. They rushed my car wash and were not receptive to me showing some of the particles that could be removed from the exterior of the car. I had to take the towel and remove most of it myself. They kept telling me that the car wash was closed. I told them that I paid for the service and was not happy with the service. They didn't care and continued to tell me that everything was put away and they couldn't fix the problem I showed them. Poor customer service They tried placing my Civic TypeR through that low budget machine without advising me that the $28 super package price didn't include hand washing for this specific car with extra details that require more detail. As I caught them bringing in car to the machine I realized that every car was getting rinsed but also they were pressure washing the lower inner part of the doors on the inside which upset me because I have suede seats and electric components. Poor customer service & dirty lounge. The cashier was very snobby & always on her phone instead of changing the trash. I had my truck washed but not thorough cleaning & vacuuming that I will have to redo the vacuuming as soon as I get home. I still had to tip the old guy because it's 99 degrees out & I felt bad. My car was not fully vacuumed the person that was supposed to vacuum. It missed cargo area on the back of the seat and 2 cup holders on each side of the rear passenger. Not to mention a few Air conditioning vents were still dusty and dirty. read more

Brought my truck in to be detailed and they ripped my window tint in multiple places, left my seats and floors and cup holders filthy. When I complained to the manager he said they didn't do anything wrong and they are closing so come back tomorrow to get my truck vacuumed. Then I spoke to the girl in the lobby and some guy who I believe is the owner came out and wiped a few things down and made more excuses and when I asked for at least my money back, he just walked away and told the crew to lock everything up. The service was very prompt and I was hesitant to find out that the car goes through the big "machine" that washes your car. I told the attendant my car has many scratches already and almost left. No air conditioning or fans in the waiting area even though it's 95 degrees today and I've been waiting for 45 minutes now (still waiting). Average job. Seemed a bit rushed. I had just come home from a 13 hr road trip so there was a lot of dust on the back windshield and dead bugs on the front that were not cleaned well. I keep the inside of my car pretty clean so I noticed some small places where they skipped over. The new car air freshener was very strong and not that great of a scent. Do not waste your money here. I paid $100 to have them detail my car. They did a terrible job on the outside of the car. It had spots everywhere. The inside wasn't even wiped down completely, to the point I had to wipe it down myself when I got home. You would be better off washing your car at a $1 self wash. First time going. Was not a big fan. The right side of my vehicle ended up spotty. Paid for their 39 car wash option. The tires in the right side of the vehicle were well blended with the wax. The left side either had to much not spread around properly or wasn't even bothered with.
