Server was very kind and attentive. She engaged with us and we were served quickly. She genuinely seemed to care. Ambiance was so so. Dirty table, all tv's on the same channel with some obscure sporting event on, and music very loud in the bar are but nothing in dinning area so you're just getting the sound from the bar. Food was the real downside. I had the Cowboy burger with onion rings. Burger was over cooked (I asked for medium rare and it was very well done). Onions rings looked good but there was cold batter just below the crust. Sadly I was nauseous when I got home and couldn't eat the next day due to upset stomach. I waited a couple of days to write this to see how it turned out, I'm fine. I question the cleanliness of the place. I doubt very much we'll go back, there's a bad taste from the experience. read more

A cozy and relaxed neighborhood restaurant! This place is great! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is a magically large bar and restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic! I had the french dip, which was the perfect balance of meat/cheese/grilled onions, I even liked the crinkle fries (they normally aren't my favorite, but the season on them was *chef's kiss*). We also got chicken wings for the table, which came out hot and crispy. We didn't do cocktails, but they have a full bar and grow their own herbs! Food came out a little slow, but hot and fresh. My absolute favorite bar in town. I live in the area and my friends and I probably come way too often to drink and dance. Such a fun spot and constantly throwing some type of event, whether it be for Halloween, thanksgiving, just for fun! Food is amazing. Brunch is amazing but the last time we went I felt so bad for our waitress as I could see they were way understaffed and it took an hour to get our food. But it was well worth the wait! Heard they serve brunch from 9-12, so decided to try it out today with the family. We arrived at 11 and the placed was PACKED. It's not a very large space to begin with, and there were quite a few large parties and no open tables for our group. We waited about 10 minutes and were able to pull some tables together. We wanted to try the 64oz iced coffee they've posted on social media for $25 but they were not currently offering it, so we all ordered individual boozy iced coffees in a variety of flavors. The coffees were just ok- mine was pretty watered down. The service was very slow today, and our server kept apologizing for the wait. Apparently the dishwasher was broken down as well which was affecting their service. She was the only one working, we felt really bad for her! She was very nice and was doing her best given the circumstances. It was over an hour before we received our food, that was pretty disappointing. The food was really good but not sure if it was worth the wait. I would come back for drinks, but might want to look elsewhere for a meal. read more

Phenomenal. Had been wanting to get here since we moved nearby. Wow- nice tap selection and menu. The homemade tater tots were incredible with bacon, cheese and jalepeno in them. Burgers were made with ribeye meat and seasoned perfectly. Had the Waverly, which had an egg, bacon and one of the tots on it. Perfection wife had a burger with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Various specials and regular items on the menu make for a variety of choices that should please many a taste within the group or family. As much as I'd like to keep this place a secret, they deserve some love for a solid experience. We've been there a couple times for breakfast and dinner. Same fantastic service, decent food each time and really appreciate their tribute to our military. Bingo night is Wednesday and fills up early. Enjoyed our random stop for a drink. We were driving through and based on the yelp pictures/reviews thought we would check it out. The inside is very clean and has lots of tvs, bar seating, and tables or booths. We ordered steak tips that were perfectly cooked and cheese curds. The menu had a variety of burgers, sandwiches, & appetizers...we would have liked to try more but only stopped by for a snack. We enjoyed talking to the bartender and felt very welcomed. Avoid the ketchup and mustard containers-- they're crusty and/or spilt over. I checked multiple tables to find one I'd actually use but abandoned that search. Meh overall. Beer prices were good. Horrible experience. We were here for a basketball tournament on a Sunday and apparently they can't accommodate groups. We waited 30+ minutes to get our drinks and after an hour had to cancel our food order because it still wasn't ready. The server wasn't even apologetic. I'll start by saying I've been in the service industry for 10 years. I know I'm critical, but I'm common sense critical. I live nearby and thought I'd try the local bar in the neighboring town. I was really excited to try it out because I had scoped out the menu online and had been craving a burger. The bartender, Mollie, was accommodating but did the bare minimum she needed to do. She wasn't rude, but definitely didn't go above and beyond. You can tell this is a local bar where if you aren't a regular they don't care to engage much with you. The food was good! Hit the spot. The Monday special was 1/2 priced apps (with some apps not being included). We ordered two (both of which qualified). When she brought the bill, however, one (the more expensive of the two) was not discounted. I asked her if it should have been discounted and her reply was, "oh, it should have been." Before she ran my card she did NOT adjust the bill and discount the other app. That was disappointing. Not that it's that big of a deal that I paid $4.50 more, it's just the principal of the matter. I probably won't come back since I'm not a "local regular", but if you don't mind bare minimum service and being the outsider than definitely stop by for the good food! read more

This place was fantastic! My family and I are new campers to the area and we're looking for a good place to eat so we decided to try this place on a whim and boy am I glad that we did. From the outside the place looks like nothing special, but on the inside its a totally different story. The building was built in 1890 and you can tell that the bar has a cool, rich history. It's an older looking bar but is surprisingly very modern in style. The service was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. There was never a moment we were without something to drink at out table! The food was also very good and the drinks were strong and very fairly priced. Everyone in my family loved their meal and the there wasn't an empty plate on the table! We have eaten here since and will definitely be returning again! Definitely would recommend. read more
