He helped with several items at the expense of his own time/resources, none of which were his responsibility; paint touch ups, fixing the yard, providing some decor for staging, transporting large items. During escrow, he kept a close eye on everything while keeping me in the loop so that there were no surprises. The sale went as well as anyone could have hoped for. We had a very fast close, and even when we hit a speedbump during escrow, it was still taken care of quickly in a way everyone was happy.
