There are many restaurants near this apartment. We were able to order take-out from hundreds of restaurants nearby. Getting the food from the driver on the street was also easy, because it is a small street, so it doesn't have much traffic. The apartment was new, with a great-looking kitchen with LG appliances. On top of that, there is also a barbecue on the rooftop. It's a beautiful way to end your day watching the sunset over Ktown and enjoying a lovely bbq. Last but not least, is because there are, I believe, 50 units, there is a peacefulness here. I live in another apartment, and there were over 300 units. They were nice too, but there was a lot of constant activity/ noise within the building. I think it's hilarious that the previous 3 tenants I talked to got $300 of their deposit back, well I got $250 of my deposit back hahaha! They charged me 100$ for the cleaning of a COMMON area. Keep in mind after they threw my groceries away I didn't use any of the common areas. Plus I paid utilities that included maids that didn't do their job at all, so why would I need to pay to clean up an area they've been maintaining lmao. Also, the check they sent me bounced. So I just waited two weeks for my money for them to stop payment. I'm afraid the only way to work with this company will be through small claims. Can't say I'm surprised they fcked this up. If you read the WHOLE review which I know is a lot lol you would know that when it came time for them to charge me for my first months rent these idiots put the wrong routing and account numbers in a "typo" they said and tried to gaslight and tell me I didn't have enough funds in the account when there was 20k in the checking alone. They wanted to charge ME 50$ LATE FEE/INSUFFICIENT FUND FEE without even notifying me the payment didn't go thru the day of. They admitted their mistake and dropped the late fee but do you see the pattern here of unprofessionalism? Update- they instead are doing an ACH transfer apparently it takes 1-2 days but I'm still angry about the bounced check, that really affects my bank account and how my mobile deposits are processed in the future now that I have a history of trying to cash bad checks because of tripalink. Still wasn't told why the check written to me was canceled. When I called they REFUSED to tell me who the regional manager I should name in a lawsuit and kept telling me it's just tripalink even after I explained tripalink is not a human that I can serve legal papers to. She told me she would figure out who it was because she has no fkin clue. Hoping this direct transfer is idiot proof. Anything these people do needs to be idiot proof or it's not gonna work out. Never had a more difficult experience and I've lived all over the United States. I just don't understand how so many people can be so bad at their job. I'm living with Alpine Property Management in the same area and the experience is just so night and day.
