I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

To my dismay when I got to the store my coat looked exactly the same! That's when David Schwartz very rudely told me to get out my paperwork and read it. The funny thing is, it only has measurements. He was super rude and even told me how long ago I'd bought my coat. Funny thing is they don't care about that when they're calling every year to harass you about cleaning and storage.

Tom, the owner promptly greeted me (because y'all should know by now, I love superb customer service) and talked to me like we had been knowing each other for years.
