I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

No explanation just it's not happening. Stopped it this morning to drop off my items to sell. I was told the wait would be an hour..... after I did not receive a text for over two hours. I headed to the location only to find out that they were backed up and it would be maybe another hour or more. Now, since most people don't spend their entire day , waiting for their goods to be evaluated by Plato's closet.... I just asked for my bag of clothes back. At this stage, when I receive my bag, I noticed that the clothes that I had put into the bag were not all there. I told them that there was a dress missing and at first I was dismissed, later on when I described exactly the size and makeup the dress it was found in some other customers bag!! This is so unprofessional!

There was lots to look through, and it seemed that most articles were about half or more off retail. The reason I take off a star is that there were articles being sold with more visible tear than I'd like and the pricing could be better for the quality of clothing sold. There's a fair amount of Forever 21/Shein type clothing in the store that's still being sold for a little less than what it would have been sold new. There is also a good amount of nicer branded stuff like Northface and Nike but they are priced significantly higher. I walked out with some new VS leggings and a lightly worn Nike hoodie for $25, which wasn't too bad in my opinion. Worth a visit again in the future! The men's area has a lot of clothes and shoes. The housewares/furniture/stuff changes regularly, so go often if you're looking for something. The shelf in the way back is junky. It's unorganized with stuff of all shapes and sizes. But I enjoy rummaging through the shelves to find that unexpected item. Here I have found vinyl gloves, greeting cards and napkins in original packaging, four water proof patches for my phone which I tested and they all prevented water during snorkeling. Today there was a lot of yarn and school paper. This area is my go-to. AND I take my old newspapers here. The staff uses it to pack glassware. Take yours and leave it on the counter.
