Another used clothing store where you can buy, sell, trade. It's basically the same as Plato's closet, although they seem to try to make it look a slight bit more upscale here. Baseline prices are higher and they don't seem to buy quite as much stuff. I saw a used Old Navy t-shirt in good condition for $8., but if it ever cost more than that price new, it wasn't by much. In other words, you can't let the power of a deal take hold of you. I want to make the world a better place by reusing clothes, but not at the same price as new. You also have to keep an eye on clothing condition here. The men's selection is limited to begin with and what they do have of it is often well worn with faded printing and pilling. I bought a pair of Nike running shorts with faded logo and, I later found, a stain on the inner thigh for $13. Granted these would have been $40 new. On that note, they told me they could really use some more men's polos, quick dry, athletic bottoms, and denim jeans. Visited this location last night and had a very unfortunate and disgusting experience. When trying on a coat, I reached in the pocket and met a cold and slimy material. After pushing out the pocket and inspecting as to not touch it further, I saw this (will link a picture). I do not wish to know whether it was a glove or the worst case, but would have liked the situation to be handled differently. After alerting the staff, they simply grabbed it with a Chlorox wipe and jokingly advised not to get the item. No apology or assistance was given and is a direct representation of the locations cleanliness and customer safety. read more

Tired to give brand new Nike air jordans to them, and they offered me $11... when I said I'd like them back they told me I had to BUY THEM back... beginning to think they may have done this because one of the workers wanted them. Same thing happened with a brand new Kate spade cross body that retails for $200... my total along with the nice (perfect condition) clothes, was $34. I will NEVER return. I usually have a good experience here, but not today. It's a Sunday, they weren't that busy and I was quoted 45 minute wait time to sell and I have to stay in store, to sell 5 items. I looked around for well over half an hour, tried on 5 pairs jeans and 4 pairs of shorts. Picked out one of each to buy, then waited, and waited, and waited some more. The 2 people working the end of the counter where people were selling were incredibly slow and seemed more interested in visiting with other employees than doing their jobs. The skinny, pasty-white girl with shoulder length blonde hair that was entering items into the computer was reallllllllly slow and kept stopping to BS with some younger girl standing at the counter. After an hour of waiting, I asked for my stuff back and did not buy the two things I wanted to buy. Pretty pathetic; store seems to have gone down hill a lot since it opened. I never see the opening manager here anymore, I'm guessing that's why. Won't return. read more

My very first and last visit to this place was awful. Sadly the business owner Tricia was very unprofessional. She was upset that we asked to utilize our tax exemption. After letting her know that I would share my poor experience with her business on social media, She yelled at me telling me to leave and threatened her lawyer & security. I was happy to walk out and do business elsewhere. I know everyone has bad days, I always give lots of grace because we are all humans and need it but no one should ever be treated this badly in a business.
