Wow, whoever that big mean, girl, is it at the front wow. I asked how much a price of something was and she was like it's inside of the shoe. I was like OK. then she walks up literally 15 minutes later and grabs the shoe out of my hand and says look it's right here. I was like wtf . I was like OK OK I see it . After that, I asked the size I guess I forgot that I was in a thrift store and you can only get one size obviously it's only one pair of shoes. She then said well it's obviously on the shoe . So anyway, I put a bad review mainly because for the last straw, I was at the checkout and she asked me to if I want to put my number in and I said I don't want to, and then she rang me up. Then she said by the way you can't get any refunds if you don't have your number in because you don't have an account and I was like well then set me up with an account you should've said that in the first place then she got mad at me and was kind of embarrassing . So I put in a bad review after spending $75 then I basically waited for my family to get all of the stuff that they wanted and then when I went to pay for it, one of the other girls said that she didn't like the bad review that I put on the reviews from the smart phone app, which I thought was confidential I didn't think that they would mention it in front of my family let alone mentioned it at all to me. I'm not sure if that's even legal. so this would be I guess four times in a row that they were rude at least other than the one other time that I asked where the men section was, and they basically just pointed and didn't even even look at me . I usually don't even write reviews if you look I don't even really have any reviews on my thing I hardly complain. Oh, I forgot to mention I guess I was a bit rude when I tried to describe the big girl who was serving me because it said who was the person and I couldn't read her badge because she was obviously hiding it so I couldn't put a bad review she had it turned backwards read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Uptown is my favorite resale store in the area and is always a place I recommend to others! The store is organized by color, size, and style which makes it super easy to find items I am looking for. It's always clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly! They have all of my favorite brands for a FRACTION of the price! I've found so many Free People, Urban, and Anthro items here that I LOVE! Prices are super affordable and worth it for the great quality of the items in store! Plus, they always have sales and promotions in store for even more savings!! I also love the concept of selling your items here! The process is super easy and I love how you can choose store credit to use in-store! 1 star for kind professionalism. 1 star for cleanliness. The other 3 are missing because; The name is misleading. I thought that the clothes were a little more upscale, they are NOT. The owner doesn't have much of a fashion sense. I went in with a few pairs of $300+ jeans to sell. Her reason for not buying was because they were low-rise, and she was only buying high-rise. Low-rise are around the corner my dear. I mean, all she had to do was see what I was wearing, to see that I knew what I was talking about. Maybe this is a Florida thing? This State is 2 years behind the rest of the world, afterall. Always has been. :( Mostly just full of clothes for #NamebrandWhores, not QUALITY. This place was such a find! I would say that starting off the prices are akin to Ross or TJ Maxx, so not high at all! But a lot of the clothes have color coded tags that put them on sale and make the prices closer to thrift stores! But shopping there doesn't feel like thrifting. Everything is in fantastic condition, and I saw several pieces that even still had their original tags. I'm plus size so consignment and thrift shopping is hard for me, but I had lots of racks of cute and trendy clothes to look through here! They also have a rewards system you can take advantage of. Plus teachers and students get a discount with ID every Monday! I definitely think this place is worth checking out! read more

Without the retail associate telling me about a specific sale they had, I wouldn't have been able to take advantage of it. I luckily picked an item with a blue circle on it, and I wanted to purchase it. The associate told me I could get an item which would be free if it's equal or lesser value than the wallet! Totally love this place! There are deals on a weekly basis, and the quality of the clothes is superb. I have been looking for an evening dress for an event that I am attending soon and I could not find anything that was flattering on me and didn't break the bank for just one night. I walked into this store a new customer and within 15 minutes found the perfect dress for $20! The store is so neatly organized by size for clothing and shoes so it was very easy to find my section. I also found a nice party jumpsuit for after the event I'm so excited and thankful. I will definitely return to see what else they have to offer. read more

When you walk in they had the cutest displays and the warmest welcome! I sold some stuff before a big move and the girls checking me out were so kind and supportive. They went through my stuff, complimented my taste and whatever they couldn't take they sorted so I would know when to bring it back! I never felt like I was just waiting around or anything. I went in with a huge buy, cleaned out a closet. They were so fast going through it and processing my payment ( I took store credit to get 25% more!), I had planned to leave and come back but by the time I browsed around they were done. They have so many great items, well organized and reasonably priced. Not only do I love it for saving money on quality clothes, and getting paid for clothes we no longer wear - but they are also help recycle clothing and keep it out of landfills!!! I never write reviews, but I'm making an exception for this store. My experience here was exceptional! I have sold to other consignment stores (such as Platos Closet) before, and have never received so much money on the spot. They accept my teen girl's clothes, but also mine and my husband's. Their selection is very diverse, ranging from younger adults clothing to older men's. I'm very satisfied, and my family is excited to shop on their grand opening. read more

Great place - well organized and color coded ... it was honestly so nice to get out of the house since Covid/social distancing. Most of the customers kept their distance and wore masks but still some people out there not wearing any. The girls that worked there are super nice and helpful and were all wearing their cute masks that they shared their boss made for them ;)). A fabulous second-hand store! The merchandise is comparatively priced and they manage to keep it fresh by only accepting clothing from within the past two years. The Upbeat atmosphere and several dressing rooms make the shopping experience comfortable. In addition to second hand clothing and shoes, they provide new up scale accessories for purchase as well. Great clothes at even better prices! I was able to get a variety of brand name items that look brand new, some even still had tags on, for $60. It was so nice to go to a thrift store with a great selection, great quality and amazing prices. In my opinion they have a much better selection than Plato's and the pricing is better too.
