Do NOT hire this company unless you want to spend the day cleaning up after them…read more We were referred to CCC by a friend and hired them to clean our home after moving out and before we listed it for sale. After scheduling them for Thursday morning they let us know they would come Thursday afternoon due to car troubles (understandable). They did not come Thursday afternoon, they communicated they would be there at 5am Friday morning. At this point we had to Reschedule our photographer. They showed at 9am, I stopped in to check on them at 3pm and met Amina's daughter. I heard our flood sensor alarming and showed it to her. She had poured water on the floor and I explained that is why the sensor was going off. I dried it and put it up on a shelf out of her way. They finally finished at 9pm, we paid them remotely, and they left our windows open so we returned to the house to lock up after they had left. The entire floor was sticky! There was an awful smell, dirty water? Stale cigarette? I'm unsure but I can't figure it out. There was red liquid marks on our white cabinet, the microwave was not cleaned, neither were the blinds in 3 of the rooms. I returned Saturday morning to mop myself since the floor was sticky and my mop was gone. They took my mop?! My husband threw out the trash they left piled and heard the flood sensor beeping in the dumpster! I called Amina to give her an opportunity to rectify the situation. Nothing was offered except "if you would have called earlier I would have gone out and fixed everything myself." I would never allow this company in my home again. I have told my referral not to use this company anymore either. I still can't get the smell to go away. Just awful.
