Obstacle course and ball put area

I was expecting this to be an indoor trampoline place and it was so much more. We were invited to a birthday party here. It is huge inside and has many different attractions along with trampolines. My oldest really loved the go carts and my youngest enjoyed the large climbing structure. There is definitely something for all ages. All of the staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. The birthday party was ran efficiently by a member of the staff and was very helpful. The pizza was not bad and the kids all enjoyed getting icees to drink. My kids definitely loved it here and we would highly recommend. For a weekend, it was not too busy and was a good time.

We enjoy this place for an activity with the kids but it lacks in clean Jess around the food court area. Lots of dirty tables and spilled popcorn. Pizza and cauliflower pizza, popcorn and fries all were good. Nachos were cold, poorly covered with cheese and tasted bad. The female staff member at the front register today was so nice and friendly.

I've been keeping a close eye on this place, waiting for it to open it's doors! Finally, the wait was over for us last week! I surprised my kids last week after I got off work, I was happy to see they were open til 11pm!! Yes! My two kids are night owls, so it was nice to see a place that opened later than 830 that catered to kids and adults. The staff were super friendly, which is wonderful esp due to it being a children's place. There are so many things to do here! We've been here twice in the last week and still haven't gone through all the activities yet! Great place to be during the hot summer days as well!

TL;DR: so much to do! Think of this as a mix between uptown jungle, main event and jakes unlimited. Definitely recommend! The location: It's right behind Trader Joe's on Williamsfield. Plenty of parking. No complaints! The value: Assuming because it just opened, there is a 40% discount code (SUMMER40) when booking online. Definitely recommend using it. Pretty pricey if you don't and have multiple kiddos. The cafe is reasonably priced and we were able to bring in our water bottles. The park: From multiple climbing walls, sky obstacle course, ball pit, zip line, so many trampolines, laser tag, go karts, arcade and even an indoor ride, this place is huge and packed with fun activities. The building is massive so there is plenty of room to move about which is nice. It's clean, fresh, and NEW! Plenty of tables and sitting areas which is nice for the parents. Lots of cubbies throughout as well for shoes if you don't want to pay for the lockers. The customer service: Everyone is friendly and welcoming - no issues! Overall, we will definitely be back especially during the hot summer months!

We checked out Urban Air today and we had a fun time. It is not only a trampoline park, they have an arcade area, go kart, a zip line, laser tag and more. We tried the arcades and my kid played in the trampoline area as well. It wasn't very crowded, I guess not everyone know it's open yet. Their prices are pretty good. We paid about $17+ for 1 child. Parents don't need to pay if they're just watching which is great. You need to buy a card for the arcades area. We tried the snack bar, tried the pizza and the chicken tenders. The pizza was good but the tenders were just ok. Overall a cool place. We are looking into hosting a birthday party here soon!

I recently visited this location and we received the most amazing service ever. We have a membership here so we are here pretty often. But today, the guy who helped the my daughter with the harness for the obstacle course was nothing but patient and amazing. My daughter was very afraid and was hesitant. he helped her put that harness on multiple times. Even though she never made it across the course but the employee was extremely kind and patient as she tried to make her first step. As a young employee, I was afraid that they would not be patient with her as struggles to go, but no. He was gentle and patient. I can never thank him enough. He needs to get recognized & awarded for his kindness towards the kids who are a first timer

One bathroom area for the whole place wtf?!
    Roxanne S.

Today the bathrooms flooded and instead of turning people away from buying tickets they are just standing by restroom door telling us to go across parking lot to Trader Joe's! How are these many kids going to hold their potty time!? Tell me that! This is irresponsible and should close the facility! Or build a bigger restroom area! This is ridiculous! Shit happens but not our kids expense !

First time at this location. They recently opened. Location is easy to find, this place is huge. Plenty of parking. And for the most part looks clean. Checking in was easy. I paid $93 for 2 children to have access to it all. YOU MUST WEAR THEIR SOCKS. which I think it's a huge ripoff. On the positive note, I had a pair of socks form another place and they kindly exchanged them so I didn't have to pay for them but if you forget, get ready to pay about $5. Food is ok. Regular overpriced. Here is why I didn't do a five star review. I asked for a pitcher of water and I was told "no". Unless I'm with a party room then you can't have any. That's BS. Anyway here is what you CAN get: cups of ice and unlimited refilled of soda. What places likes this lack... is a place for parents to relax, a few pairs of comfortable chairs would do it but no instead we have to sit (for those who don't want to participate) in uncomfortable chairs for hours on end. Staff is mostly teens so expect that. Would rerturn with the socks and my own water so I can just get cups of ice.

Apon arrival we checked in and signed our waivers. We had to purchase socks and at 4.99 a pair - this feels like a cash grab.. I digress. It was after lunch and we were all hungry so we ordered two pizzas. Now for $25 a pizza I'm expecting a decent sized pizza and with quality toppings etc. unfortunately our pizzas came out burnt and were very small for$25.. the staff also gave us grief about ordering another pizza because " we already had two why do we need another" words from staff. Unfortunately this really bummed me out considering we are here for my sons birthday!! I let this go in the moment because the place was staffed with just teenagers and all of them had attitudes so I wasn't going to complain to them when I doubt I would have gotten any real help. This location itself doesn't have that many attractions like the website shows the other locations having more options like slides etc. the foam in the pits were old looking and lots were torn into making it seem a bit more dirtier.. some of the courses had broken parts that didn't work exactly how it should have. Over all for my sons birthday party being held here in still super disappointed in the treatment from staff and the lack of care for the equipment there. I don't think we would recommend this place ..

The highlight of the visit was when he decided he wanted to do the climbing wall. Because of his age, I was hesitant but he actually did very well, and the safety gear looked really secure. The cost was 12$e I believe that was for a couple hours.. idk wasn't really paying attention but that's all the littles could handle before their little tummies were hungry and ready for a nap. We stayed in the little kido play area that's fenced off for the little littles. They had plenty to do in there and plenty fun! I don't think they even realized there was more to the play park.. lol. I usually brings my 3&6 year old and they love running all around the jungle gym. I love that the 18 month old area is fenced in with a pool gate type of gate to enter making it difficult for 5 and under to get out on their own. Uptown Jungle has one of the best 5 and under area when it comes to the fencing and options for playing. This was our first time ordering a pizza and for $12 when you want to dine in to make it easier on the kids, it's fine. However, it doesn't compare to places nearby like Barros that you could go eat at afterwards, but again it's good enough for the convenience factor. Uptown jungle has a membership that comes with some perks like 10% off socks and foods as well as unlimited play for the month without restricted days. It also includes a parent to be able to jump. If you buy the annual pass it's about $18 a month which makes it worth it if you plan to go at least twice a month. If not, the Groupons for Uptown Jungle are better if you don't plan to go at least twice. Uptown jungle has toddler time in the morning from 9-12pm during the week for $12 and additional siblings are $6 and parents are free. During this time they have a little craft and some games. There are several options for things to do if your kiddo doesn't need to be with the littles. Big trampoline area, 4 different kind of slides, rock climbing are, etc. My 4 year old daughter has been able to make it 5-6 hours without getting bored or wanting to go home. Heck, she may have been able to stay longer if us parents wanted to stay long get. Another plus with uptown jungle is they are not picky on the grip socks like some places that absolutely require that establishments socks. Uptown jungle will allow you to wear socks from other jump type places. The only restriction I've found is when wanting to do the rock climbing wall, they did require my kiddo to have their socks.
