I was expecting this to be an indoor trampoline place and it was so much more. We were invited to a birthday party here. It is huge inside and has many different attractions along with trampolines. My oldest really loved the go carts and my youngest enjoyed the large climbing structure. There is definitely something for all ages. All of the staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. The birthday party was ran efficiently by a member of the staff and was very helpful. The pizza was not bad and the kids all enjoyed getting icees to drink. My kids definitely loved it here and we would highly recommend. For a weekend, it was not too busy and was a good time.

We enjoy this place for an activity with the kids but it lacks in clean Jess around the food court area. Lots of dirty tables and spilled popcorn. Pizza and cauliflower pizza, popcorn and fries all were good. Nachos were cold, poorly covered with cheese and tasted bad. The female staff member at the front register today was so nice and friendly.

I've been keeping a close eye on this place, waiting for it to open it's doors! Finally, the wait was over for us last week! I surprised my kids last week after I got off work, I was happy to see they were open til 11pm!! Yes! My two kids are night owls, so it was nice to see a place that opened later than 830 that catered to kids and adults. The staff were super friendly, which is wonderful esp due to it being a children's place. There are so many things to do here! We've been here twice in the last week and still haven't gone through all the activities yet! Great place to be during the hot summer days as well!

TL;DR: so much to do! Think of this as a mix between uptown jungle, main event and jakes unlimited. Definitely recommend! The location: It's right behind Trader Joe's on Williamsfield. Plenty of parking. No complaints! The value: Assuming because it just opened, there is a 40% discount code (SUMMER40) when booking online. Definitely recommend using it. Pretty pricey if you don't and have multiple kiddos. The cafe is reasonably priced and we were able to bring in our water bottles. The park: From multiple climbing walls, sky obstacle course, ball pit, zip line, so many trampolines, laser tag, go karts, arcade and even an indoor ride, this place is huge and packed with fun activities. The building is massive so there is plenty of room to move about which is nice. It's clean, fresh, and NEW! Plenty of tables and sitting areas which is nice for the parents. Lots of cubbies throughout as well for shoes if you don't want to pay for the lockers. The customer service: Everyone is friendly and welcoming - no issues! Overall, we will definitely be back especially during the hot summer months!

We checked out Urban Air today and we had a fun time. It is not only a trampoline park, they have an arcade area, go kart, a zip line, laser tag and more. We tried the arcades and my kid played in the trampoline area as well. It wasn't very crowded, I guess not everyone know it's open yet. Their prices are pretty good. We paid about $17+ for 1 child. Parents don't need to pay if they're just watching which is great. You need to buy a card for the arcades area. We tried the snack bar, tried the pizza and the chicken tenders. The pizza was good but the tenders were just ok. Overall a cool place. We are looking into hosting a birthday party here soon!

I recently visited this location and we received the most amazing service ever. We have a membership here so we are here pretty often. But today, the guy who helped the my daughter with the harness for the obstacle course was nothing but patient and amazing. My daughter was very afraid and was hesitant. he helped her put that harness on multiple times. Even though she never made it across the course but the employee was extremely kind and patient as she tried to make her first step. As a young employee, I was afraid that they would not be patient with her as struggles to go, but no. He was gentle and patient. I can never thank him enough. He needs to get recognized & awarded for his kindness towards the kids who are a first timer

One bathroom area for the whole place wtf?!
    Roxanne S.

Today the bathrooms flooded and instead of turning people away from buying tickets they are just standing by restroom door telling us to go across parking lot to Trader Joe's! How are these many kids going to hold their potty time!? Tell me that! This is irresponsible and should close the facility! Or build a bigger restroom area! This is ridiculous! Shit happens but not our kids expense !

First time at this location. They recently opened. Location is easy to find, this place is huge. Plenty of parking. And for the most part looks clean. Checking in was easy. I paid $93 for 2 children to have access to it all. YOU MUST WEAR THEIR SOCKS. which I think it's a huge ripoff. On the positive note, I had a pair of socks form another place and they kindly exchanged them so I didn't have to pay for them but if you forget, get ready to pay about $5. Food is ok. Regular overpriced. Here is why I didn't do a five star review. I asked for a pitcher of water and I was told "no". Unless I'm with a party room then you can't have any. That's BS. Anyway here is what you CAN get: cups of ice and unlimited refilled of soda. What places likes this lack... is a place for parents to relax, a few pairs of comfortable chairs would do it but no instead we have to sit (for those who don't want to participate) in uncomfortable chairs for hours on end. Staff is mostly teens so expect that. Would rerturn with the socks and my own water so I can just get cups of ice.

The weather was perfect but it would be a lot to eat in the car during the hot summer. I feel like there was a lot of variety of things to do for the age difference of my kids. My main issue was with the flooring of the entire park. I'd like to see them do something to make the sidewalk more comfortable for the 99% of people who are walking around barefoot. All of our feet hurt from walking around on the really hard concrete. I guess I'd recommend you wear water shoes if you have them. We used a Get Out Pass and the whole process was seamless. It's worth getting because just a trip to Sunsplash is pretty much the same price as a Get Out Pass and you get so much out of it. I don't know if I'd go again because the cost is pretty high.

Now my buddy this man reaches into his pocket and pulls out what I can only describe as a historical artifact. I'm talking a doobie so big it looked like Bob Marley himself rolled it during a greatest hits tour. I said, "Absolutely not. I am a grown man. I got responsibilities. I got a mortgage. I got snacks at home I haven't even finished yet." That didn't matter. Next thing I know, windows are up, car turns into a Dutch oven of bad decisions, and now I'm just along for the ride literally and spiritually. Somewhere between "this is a bad idea" and "why is everything funny," I lost control of the evening. We pull into the park around that magical time you know, that in-between hour... not quite day, not quite night... like God dimmed the lights and said, "Alright boys, let's see what happens." The whole place is glowing neon lights, arcade buzz, roller coasters rattling in the distance. Felt like walking into a carnival dream... or maybe a fever dream. Jury's still out. Now here's the thing about this place it's been around since the late '70s, sitting right there in Phoenix like a desert time capsule of fun. You got four roller coasters, including the Desert Storm, which sounds fun until you're on it reconsidering every life choice that led you there. Then there's the Patriot wooden, loud, and about as gentle as a bar fight. And somehow... SOMEHOW... we thought tequila beforehand was a good idea. So now we're buzzed, slightly baked against our will, and wandering this park like three philosophers who lost their notes. We're laughing at everything. Nothing's funny but everything's hilarious. A trash can? Comedy gold. A churro? Best thing I've ever eaten in my life. A child running past me? I'm emotionally invested in his journey. But I'll give credit where it's due the park itself? Clean. Staff's friendly. Nobody's judging three grown men giggling like idiots. It's got that old-school charm too arcades, mini golf, rides, the whole deal. You can bring a family here... or whatever version of a situation we were. Now the rides... oh, the rides. Let me tell you something nothing will make you rediscover fear like being slightly out of your mind on a roller coaster you thought you could handle. I got scared... not once... not twice... but a few times. The kind of scared where you start making promises to God you don't intend to keep. "I'll be a better man if I survive this drop..." Didn't mean a word of it. By the end of the night, we had the munchies, the laughs, and just enough dignity left to get back to the car without needing a group meeting. For a couple hours, though? We were kids again. No responsibilities. No stress. Just lights, noise, and pure, ridiculous fun. So yeah Castles N' Coasters might be a family amusement park... but under the right or completely wrong circumstances, it turns into one hell of a story. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just... maybe crack a window on the way there.
