Obstacle course and ball put area

I was expecting this to be an indoor trampoline place and it was so much more. We were invited to a birthday party here. It is huge inside and has many different attractions along with trampolines. My oldest really loved the go carts and my youngest enjoyed the large climbing structure. There is definitely something for all ages. All of the staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. The birthday party was ran efficiently by a member of the staff and was very helpful. The pizza was not bad and the kids all enjoyed getting icees to drink. My kids definitely loved it here and we would highly recommend. For a weekend, it was not too busy and was a good time.

We enjoy this place for an activity with the kids but it lacks in clean Jess around the food court area. Lots of dirty tables and spilled popcorn. Pizza and cauliflower pizza, popcorn and fries all were good. Nachos were cold, poorly covered with cheese and tasted bad. The female staff member at the front register today was so nice and friendly.

I've been keeping a close eye on this place, waiting for it to open it's doors! Finally, the wait was over for us last week! I surprised my kids last week after I got off work, I was happy to see they were open til 11pm!! Yes! My two kids are night owls, so it was nice to see a place that opened later than 830 that catered to kids and adults. The staff were super friendly, which is wonderful esp due to it being a children's place. There are so many things to do here! We've been here twice in the last week and still haven't gone through all the activities yet! Great place to be during the hot summer days as well!

TL;DR: so much to do! Think of this as a mix between uptown jungle, main event and jakes unlimited. Definitely recommend! The location: It's right behind Trader Joe's on Williamsfield. Plenty of parking. No complaints! The value: Assuming because it just opened, there is a 40% discount code (SUMMER40) when booking online. Definitely recommend using it. Pretty pricey if you don't and have multiple kiddos. The cafe is reasonably priced and we were able to bring in our water bottles. The park: From multiple climbing walls, sky obstacle course, ball pit, zip line, so many trampolines, laser tag, go karts, arcade and even an indoor ride, this place is huge and packed with fun activities. The building is massive so there is plenty of room to move about which is nice. It's clean, fresh, and NEW! Plenty of tables and sitting areas which is nice for the parents. Lots of cubbies throughout as well for shoes if you don't want to pay for the lockers. The customer service: Everyone is friendly and welcoming - no issues! Overall, we will definitely be back especially during the hot summer months!

We checked out Urban Air today and we had a fun time. It is not only a trampoline park, they have an arcade area, go kart, a zip line, laser tag and more. We tried the arcades and my kid played in the trampoline area as well. It wasn't very crowded, I guess not everyone know it's open yet. Their prices are pretty good. We paid about $17+ for 1 child. Parents don't need to pay if they're just watching which is great. You need to buy a card for the arcades area. We tried the snack bar, tried the pizza and the chicken tenders. The pizza was good but the tenders were just ok. Overall a cool place. We are looking into hosting a birthday party here soon!

I recently visited this location and we received the most amazing service ever. We have a membership here so we are here pretty often. But today, the guy who helped the my daughter with the harness for the obstacle course was nothing but patient and amazing. My daughter was very afraid and was hesitant. he helped her put that harness on multiple times. Even though she never made it across the course but the employee was extremely kind and patient as she tried to make her first step. As a young employee, I was afraid that they would not be patient with her as struggles to go, but no. He was gentle and patient. I can never thank him enough. He needs to get recognized & awarded for his kindness towards the kids who are a first timer

One bathroom area for the whole place wtf?!
    Roxanne S.

Today the bathrooms flooded and instead of turning people away from buying tickets they are just standing by restroom door telling us to go across parking lot to Trader Joe's! How are these many kids going to hold their potty time!? Tell me that! This is irresponsible and should close the facility! Or build a bigger restroom area! This is ridiculous! Shit happens but not our kids expense !

First time at this location. They recently opened. Location is easy to find, this place is huge. Plenty of parking. And for the most part looks clean. Checking in was easy. I paid $93 for 2 children to have access to it all. YOU MUST WEAR THEIR SOCKS. which I think it's a huge ripoff. On the positive note, I had a pair of socks form another place and they kindly exchanged them so I didn't have to pay for them but if you forget, get ready to pay about $5. Food is ok. Regular overpriced. Here is why I didn't do a five star review. I asked for a pitcher of water and I was told "no". Unless I'm with a party room then you can't have any. That's BS. Anyway here is what you CAN get: cups of ice and unlimited refilled of soda. What places likes this lack... is a place for parents to relax, a few pairs of comfortable chairs would do it but no instead we have to sit (for those who don't want to participate) in uncomfortable chairs for hours on end. Staff is mostly teens so expect that. Would rerturn with the socks and my own water so I can just get cups of ice.

The experience was visually interesting. I have neck problems so it was hard for me to hold the device up too long but I also enjoyed just laying down on the floor and looking about. My friend enjoyed the animal tour. I didn't realize the experience was a virtual reality as it looks like a walk through on the website so that was a bit disappointing but that could be because I didn't fully read the descriptions. I ordered the Double Cheeseburger with the Cotton Candy Shirley Temple ($4.99 extra). We decided to bowl for 2 1/2 hours; it was so much fun! We went around noon on a Monday before the crowds, so only a few lanes were full at the time. The food was so good and flavorful! The burger was so juicy and cooked perfectly! I loved the drink; it was so fun and a great photo op! We played a few games of billiards , and afterward, we decided to check out the arcade. I was a little sad some games were out of order, so I only got to play a few, but overall I had a great time! This is such a great deal for the price and what's included! I definitely recommend checking it out!

Plus the equipment is minimal. No vest harness, no head harness, just the laser gun provided which gives it that urban warfare feel. Because of this there is no shooting in the back only front torso and gun can be targeted. The attendants were very attentive and helpful. They even cheered us on. Say hi to David when you go. Only improvement I would suggest is more merchandise like different t - shirts, hoodies, cups and water jugs. Maybe even ribbons or shirts with "Laser tag Killa" , "Can't tag this" (I give consent to use above tag lines). Even small lockers to rent and lock up valuables.

When we arrived, the information given over the phone turned out to be completely inaccurate. Rather than helping us navigate the confusion their phone rep caused, the staff and on-duty manager were hostile, dismissive, and visibly annoyed with us from the start. For the entire three-hour reservation, every basic question from parents was met with extreme impatience and rudeness. We were made to feel like a complete nuisance just for being paying customers trying to run a safe, fun event for 11-year-olds. Managing group events can be hectic, but taking frustration out on kids and parents is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and take your family celebrations somewhere that actually values customer service.

The manager took about 10 minutes to arrive at our lane, and asked if I needed first aid (Yes, obviously, as I had blood pouring down my leg). He brought back a bandaid and antiseptic spray and asked if I wanted to fill out an incident report for documentation. I filled it out and he apologized and assured that I would be contacted by corporate. Nothing else was done to remedy the situation, and the manager didn't even move us to another lane. Did not feel comfortable finishing our round because we were worried our daughters would sit on or touch more glass. It has been nearly a week and I haven't been contacted by anyone from corporate. I would say that the business and company just tried to sweep this under the rug, but based on the glass found everywhere on and around the booth, clearly they don't know how to use a broom. Very disappointed and will not return.
