After researching Urban Air, we decided to go all in and purchase memberships for our family. Three Unlimited memberships and about $730 later, we were excited to see if the experience would live up to everything it promised. The Good There is a lot to like about Urban Air. The variety of attractions is impressive and gives kids plenty of ways to stay entertained. Between the go-karts, free-fall ride, rock climbing walls, laser tag, elevated obstacle course, and trampolines, there is no shortage of things to do. The go-karts were one of the biggest hits of the day. Our kids absolutely loved them and would have happily ridden them over and over. They were easily one of the standout attractions and one of the main reasons we felt good about purchasing the memberships. Laser tag was another highlight. The arena is surprisingly large, and the equipment feels like what you'd expect from a dedicated laser tag facility rather than a side attraction at a trampoline park. It was probably my personal favorite attraction. Most importantly, our kids had a blast. They left excited and already asking when they could come back, which is ultimately what matters most. The Bad The biggest surprise came when we learned that some attractions included with the "Unlimited" membership are not actually unlimited. We discovered this when an employee marked our kids' wristbands to track how many times they had ridden the go-karts. Since the go-karts were one of their favorite attractions, it was disappointing to learn there was a limit on something they enjoyed so much. What made this more frustrating was that when reviewing membership options, the pass advertises "Full Attraction Access Included." Based on that wording, I naturally assumed that meant unlimited access to all attractions during a visit. Instead, it appears the "Unlimited" portion refers more to unlimited visits throughout the month rather than unlimited use of every attraction once you're inside. To be fair, there may be details somewhere outlining these restrictions, but during signup and while reviewing the membership information, we couldn't find anything clearly explaining which attractions have limits or how many uses are included. Greater transparency upfront would go a long way toward setting proper expectations. Fortunately, our kids didn't seem bothered by the limits, but it was still an unexpected surprise. The Ugly My biggest concerns involved safety oversight and supervision. The employees we interacted with were friendly and polite, but many appeared quite young, and there were multiple occasions where staff seemed more focused on socializing than actively monitoring attractions. This was particularly noticeable in the rock climbing area, where children were climbing 20+ feet into the air while attached to retractable harness systems. The equipment itself appeared safe, but active supervision is just as important. Another concern involved the free-fall ride. During our visit, the ride was out of service, but the exit gate was not properly secured. Because of this, children were able to enter the attraction area through the exit and begin accessing the ride before an employee noticed and redirected them. Thankfully the ride was not operating at the time, but it took a moment for staff to recognize what was happening. While no one was hurt and the situation was corrected, it reinforced some of the attentiveness concerns we observed throughout the visit. For a facility designed primarily for children and featuring several higher-risk attractions, supervision and securing access points should be top priorities. Overall Despite the concerns, we still had a positive first experience. The attractions themselves are genuinely fun, the facility offers a lot for active kids, and our children had an amazing time. Because we've already invested in the memberships, we'll absolutely continue visiting and will be interested to see how future experiences compare. It's possible that visiting on a Tuesday evening during the summer contributed to some of the staffing and supervision issues, especially since the park wasn't particularly busy. If I could give half stars, this would probably land around 3.5 to 4 stars for me. The attractions, especially the go-karts and laser tag, are excellent and delivered exactly what we hoped for. However, the lack of clarity around "Unlimited" membership benefits and the safety oversight concerns keep it from earning a full five stars. Urban Air has the potential to be a fantastic family value, but clearer communication and stronger attention to supervision would make the experience feel more aligned with the premium price of admission. read more

My experience with Urban Air has been extremely frustrating. I have made three separate purchases with Urban Air, and I am including a picture showing those purchases as proof. Yet, despite having documentation of my transactions, Urban Air continues to tell me that they cannot find my membership. Here is the most frustrating part: myself and my children have actually been denied access to the venue, while Urban Air continues to charge me every month for this membership. So let me understand this correctly: You can continue taking my money every month, but you supposedly cannot locate the membership that I'm paying for--and meanwhile, my children and I are being denied access to the facility? That is completely unacceptable. The membership cancellation process is also extremely frustrating. It feels like the membership is designed to be easy to sign up for but extremely difficult to cancel or get resolved when there is a problem. There also appears to be no effective corporate office willing to step in and help customers. When I contacted the home office, I found the representatives to be extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for resolving the issue. Once you have signed up, it feels like the company simply doesn't care. I also want to specifically address Cordel at the Gilbert location. More than a month ago, Cordel personally promised me that he would help resolve my membership issue. I have made multiple attempts to reach him by phone and email since then, and he has yet to return my calls or emails. That lack of follow-through speaks volumes about the customer service I have received. I now have three documented purchases, ongoing monthly charges, no usable membership, and my children and I have been denied access to the venue, yet I still cannot get someone to take responsibility and resolve this. A membership should provide value and convenience--not leave customers feeling like they are being charged for something they cannot use while being given the runaround when they ask for help. Urban Air needs to do better. I would not recommend signing up for an Urban Air membership based on my experience. Be very careful before giving them your payment information, and make sure you understand exactly how the membership works and how cancellation is handled. I took my four kids here and ended up spending close to $200. I wouldn't mind paying that if the facility was clean and well maintained, but unfortunately it wasn't. We arrived right when they opened on a Thursday morning, so it wasn't a matter of the place getting dirty throughout the day. The facility looked like it desperately needed a deep cleaning. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, many of the surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while, and the foam pit was especially concerning--the foam blocks looked old, dirty, and in need of replacement. For what admission costs, I expect the facility to be maintained much better. My kids still had fun, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the experience, and I don't feel the condition of the facility matches the premium price. I was expecting this to be an indoor trampoline place and it was so much more. We were invited to a birthday party here. It is huge inside and has many different attractions along with trampolines. My oldest really loved the go carts and my youngest enjoyed the large climbing structure. There is definitely something for all ages. All of the staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. The birthday party was ran efficiently by a member of the staff and was very helpful. The pizza was not bad and the kids all enjoyed getting icees to drink. We've been to this Air Park a couple of times for kids' birthday parties. The check-in can take a while if you don't have the waiver signed beforehand, so I'd definitely recommend doing that in advance. The setup includes trampolines, an obstacle course, a zip line, and go-karting. Go-karting is definitely the main attraction, though it usually comes with a long wait. The pizzas are decent, nothing special. The arcade area could use better organization -- it's not very clear how to use the games, and there wasn't anyone around to assist. Overall, the kids really enjoy the place, but for adults, it's just another average entertainment spot. read more

I didn't really know what to expect before walking in. With so many play places popping up around Gilbert and the surrounding area - Urban Air seemed expensive for the options that they had. We had a good time but only stayed for 2 hours. My daughter's mid-tier ticket was $40 and when I asked for an accompanying ticket so I could jump with her they charged me $10. I still went in all the different areas with her, including doing the aerial walking path and funhouse. I do dislike how you have to buy their brand-specific socks when we have so many pairs of socks for trampoline parks at our house. My daughter loved it and that's what is important, but as the paying parent I think I'd choose another venue. read more

A terrible experience. There was only 2 dodgeballs to play with which makes it impossible to play. The battle beam only had one of the things you use to knock people over with so it's unusable. There are things broken on the obstacle course. The big air trampolines are just tiny little trampolines. There was nobody watching in the trampoline area so kids were climbing way higher than they should and at risk of getting injured. They said the reason there was only 2 dodgeballs is because kids were chewing on them but the balls are rubber and maybe if there was someone there to watch the kids they wouldn't be chewing. Unpopular opinion, but with so many play places around and how expensive life in general is, I'd have to say this at the bottom of our list of favorites. A bummer because we were excited to try it. For us, it is overpriced and underwhelming. I went with three kids ages 9, 7, and 5. It was $207 for myself, my husband, three kids and jump socks to do all attractions. The 9 year old was barely into it, and the 5 & 7 were done after 2 hours, but they did like it. It's just not worth the ticket prices--Yes they have cheaper ticket options, BUT then you can't do all the attractions, which means you're essentially at a mediocre trampoline park for $25. So at that point my kids would rather go to another one of their local faves and get a MUCH BETTER play experience. If you want laser tag and go karts there are much better arcades you can visit, pay about the same, and get much better food with more to do. Honestly my marketing side is really trying to find the value proposition here and I can't figure it out. Parents should be free, and the price should be $30 per kid for everything. I'll die on that hill As my husband put it, it's trying to do too many different things and none of them that well. My kids liked the ropes course and that feels unique, but even that they did twice and were done! The staff is SO helpful and friendly and I would rate them all five stars if I could. But I have to be an honest mom, because I always rate these places on time spent vs money spent and this one just really misses the mark. I surprised my kids last week after I got off work, I was happy to see they were open til 11pm!! Yes! TL;DR: so much to do! Think of this as a mix between uptown jungle, main event and jakes unlimited. Definitely recommend! The location: It's right behind Trader Joe's on Williamsfield. Plenty of parking. No complaints! The value: Assuming because it just opened, there is a 40% discount code (SUMMER40) when booking online. Definitely recommend using it. Pretty pricey if you don't and have multiple kiddos. The cafe is reasonably priced and we were able to bring in our water bottles. The park: From multiple climbing walls, sky obstacle course, ball pit, zip line, so many trampolines, laser tag, go karts, arcade and even an indoor ride, this place is huge and packed with fun activities. The building is massive so there is plenty of room to move about which is nice. It's clean, fresh, and NEW! Plenty of tables and sitting areas which is nice for the parents. Lots of cubbies throughout as well for shoes if you don't want to pay for the lockers. The customer service: Everyone is friendly and welcoming - no issues! We checked out Urban Air today and we had a fun time. It is not only a trampoline park, they have an arcade area, go kart, a zip line, laser tag and more. We tried the arcades and my kid played in the trampoline area as well. It wasn't very crowded, I guess not everyone know it's open yet. Their prices are pretty good. We paid about $17+ for 1 child. Parents don't need to pay if they're just watching which is great. You need to buy a card for the arcades area. We tried the snack bar, tried the pizza and the chicken tenders. The pizza was good but the tenders were just ok. Overall a cool place. We are looking into hosting a birthday party here soon! read more

But today, the guy who helped the my daughter with the harness for the obstacle course was nothing but patient and amazing. Even though she never made it across the course but the employee was extremely kind and patient as she tried to make her first step. First time at this location. They recently opened. Location is easy to find, this place is huge. Plenty of parking. And for the most part looks clean. Checking in was easy. I paid $93 for 2 children to have access to it all. YOU MUST WEAR THEIR SOCKS. which I think it's a huge ripoff. On the positive note, I had a pair of socks form another place and they kindly exchanged them so I didn't have to pay for them but if you forget, get ready to pay about $5. Food is ok. Regular overpriced. Here is why I didn't do a five star review. I asked for a pitcher of water and I was told "no". Unless I'm with a party room then you can't have any. That's BS. Anyway here is what you CAN get: cups of ice and unlimited refilled of soda. What places likes this lack... is a place for parents to relax, a few pairs of comfortable chairs would do it but no instead we have to sit (for those who don't want to participate) in uncomfortable chairs for hours on end. Prices were reasonable. Good specials in food as well. My grandsons had a blast!! Only issue was the staff who should have been monitoring the activities were grouped up chit chatting and there was a bullying incident that required attention. This could have been avoided had the staff been paying attention. Also areas where parents can observe the activities and no running should occur at times was crazy and uncomfortable as no one was monitoring those areas. I was almost knocked down and had to dodge teens running on the walkway area. Overall it was good experience but management need to observe the activity a bit closer and the staff should be monitoring the activities not grouping and chatting. 4 stars because my grandson had a blast. My initial response was not against the company but after several voicemails in order to obtain the ingredients in the drink and emails to corporate saying to reach out to the store, I still haven't received any feedback and they seem like they don't want to help at all. There is a seating area full of massage chairs that beep continuously if someone is sitting on them and not using them. Where do I even start with the disappointment in this place! Half of the cars the brakes don't work there's always something broken. The bathrooms are atrocious. No paper towels, only one soap dispenser works! A bathroom door has been broken for three months. Very disorganized extremely shortstaffed managers are hard to find. When we joined I could drop my child off, then they changed it to pick them up by 6 PM and now you can't drop them off at all unless they're with an adult! Told me it's a law flat out lie!!! I checked!!! In addition toobthey don't open up until 4 PM Monday through Friday! There's three different school districts that live in Gilbert, Kids are out all different times all the other trampoline parks around here which are in Chandler and Queencreek they are open at 10 and 11 every day! Urban air is expensive as well! I was going to take him today, sit there and be frozen and bored. Oh no but they don't open until four and he doesn't start school until next Tuesday! As many of the other parents, we purchased the annual membership. The place was great about six-eight months ago since then, everything's gone downhill. I've purchased bags of chips that were expired & when I went back to exchange them, there were DOZENS of expired chips not the shelves. The customer service was great but both girls discussing the chips let me know they had notified management about this numerous times and the management team did nothing to rectify the issue. That's not only wrong, but absolutely disgusting! This can make people sick! Also, the trampolines and covers used to be clean (we were told every two months they deep clean) but now they're all brown and torn up. I'm not sure if there's new management or they have just decided not to clean anymore, but the place is NOT well kept anymore. Restrooms. There are two restrooms (Boys & Girls) & I've taken my daughter in, only to find guys inside of the girls restroom refusing to leave. I had to threaten to get someone to kick them out before they actually left Not a great place if you trust your child to go to the potty alone - I obviously don't let my child go in alone, but just some news for parents who allow their little girls to go in alone. The climbing gym has torn mats everywhere and blocks of spaces where the foam mats on the floor are missing. I don't want to downplay the customer service because these kids deal with an unimaginable amount of kids daily, but the cleanliness and food distribution is far below par. I really wish we could get a refund on our membership. This place is seriously unhealthy now. read more

The restrooms are constantly filthy and the people who work here are rude and obviously don't like their jobs. My 9 year old even noticed the rudeness and asked why they are so mean. This week we drove to San Tan and noticed that the Urban Air was finally open! Excited, we took the kids and bought monthly memberships. Since this weekend, we've been almost every day, which makes today day #3. Here are the Pros and Cons: 1. Pro - the membership allows for free movement through the place, it's not timed based on how long you paid to be there. 2. Pro - It's different with zip lines, elevated obstacle courses, jump tracks, arcades, a drop ride and a race track little kids can get on and drive their own cars, that is awesome. 3. Con - today, the place was not well maintained despite the many yellow and black shirts I saw waking around. The trash bins were overflowing (onto the floor), 90% of the tables were not maintained - had food and drinks all over it with no one occupying the seats; had to fish for the table that required me to clean it the least... Bad news travels fast. The good news is, this place has great potential, if they can keep it clean and free of popcorn all over the floors with more visible management = reliability. These small items, the things that we take for granted when done right, patronage and reviews would improve. read more

Originally wrote a great review for this place. However, the honeymoon was quickly over. Company refused to honor a ticket purchased on their own website. States 'unlimited' but it's no longer unlimited. The families we convinced to come with us were very disappointed. We also bought memberships based on the information available online, they locked us in to a 12 month commitment, than changed what the membership offered. They chose to bait and switch all of there earliest customers. Advertisements in the park still list the membership as 'Endless Fun', false advertising - letting someone go 2 times, than telling them 'no' is definitely an end to the fun. Now a $40+ ticket provides about 1 hour of 'fun'. The families we brought with us are going to be filing chargebacks as the advertised ticket they purchased was not honored. read more

My kids love this place (of course) but as an adult who has visited with them twice for a total of 6 hours.... I am not loving it. It is well-known (and a joke) in my parent circles that the facility is grossly under-air conditioned. I do nothing but stand and watch my kids. I am in good shape, but I feel sweaty the whole time. My kids' faces are always flushed and their hair is wet from sweat when we are there as well. Aside from saving money, what could be the reason for this? Oh... $2.50 bottles of water (for the super cheap kind). And since no outdoor food or drink is allowed, they must make a killing off of their beverages. The noise is unworldly. You cannot hear someone 2 feet away from you in most areas. Benches for parents are very minimal and usually taken, so you stand, holding all of your $2.50/each water bottles, sweating, while your eardrums take a beating. Both times, I have returned home feeling sick and like I was going to pass out. Also, they are weird about their name brand being on your kids' socks. I bought theirs, but my sister had other grippy socks for her kids. They were forced to buy urban air socks, anyway... I mean, come on. Not a fan, but my kids are.
