We decided to get a membership for the summer and what a mistake that was. It's a much smaller trampoline park than other places. I didn't realize they allowed summer camps to come in and take over the entire place. I watched one group come in and it was ice pack after ice pack with kids crying getting hurt. There needs to be some kind of capacity limit. A kid from one of these camps jumped on my daughter's leg and broke it. Will not be returning. read more

My 8-year-old son and I are no strangers to trampoline parks. We've been to Skyzone in Moorestown a few billion times over the years and have always loved it. My son and I came to Urban Adventure yesterday for his friend's birthday party. This trampoline park is a bit smaller than Skyzone but is still a lot of fun and has plenty of fun activities and amenities. The birthday party was well run with plenty of pizza and donuts and drinks. The birthday boy was sick the first two times the party was scheduled and his mother told me rescheduling was a breeze and there were no rescheduling fees, so bonus points there. A few of the dads and I all jumped with the kids which was a blast. My only complaint comes in the area of staff. Most of the staff were typical bored and indifferent teenagers, which is fine until I need to start doing their jobs for them. Many of the areas were inconsistently monitored by staff. I was playing dodgeball with the boys from the party, all in third grade, and there was an older boy (6th grader) who had a cannon for an arm and was pelting the younger kids in the face and making at least three or four of them cry over the course of the afternoon. There were no staff members monitoring the dodgeball area while I was in there so I finally talked with him myself and reminded him that he's playing with 8 and 9 year olds and asked him to tone it down. But that shouldn't be my job to do. Safety should be a number one priority in a place like this and the staff really dropped the ball here. At another point another dad and I were the only adults monitoring the jousting area. The foam pit was filled with kids, and we wanted to let two of the boys from the party joust, so we had to ask the kids to get out of the pit so the boys could joust safely. Again, that shouldn't be our job to do. Overall a fun place, but not quite as good as Skyzone, and I think they need to reevaluate procedures for monitoring each section of the park. read more

Urban Air Sicklerville just recently opened in March. Tickets were 50% off so I got the Ultimate Pass for my son who I know would enjoy it. With the ultimate pass, you can fly all day and regular price is $33.99 each. Sicklerville Deluxe is $25.99 5 & Under is $16.99 Parent Ticket (you'll have to add to the cart to see the price) Urban Air Socks are $3.49 I went a few days after Grand Opening so I was expecting to see a lot of people (especially since the tickets were half off and it's new thing in town) but I wasn't expecting it to be so packed where you could barely walk around or find a seat. I bought my ticket online and reserved my time online. When we walked in, there was a long line of people either waiting to check-in or buy tickets. They do have iPads available to the side for those who have tickets and just need to check-in. I was able to walk over to someone else and mentioned that we had tickets, were checked-in; he verified our names/info, gave us our bracelets and socks (xmas socks lol) and we went on our way for some fun. After you walk past the registers, they have some lockers you can use to store your personal items. Then you walk into a "cafeteria" style seating area with long tables. Behind those, there are the private party rooms which some seems a bit small and being that this location just opened, they weren't booking private parties at the time. I believe they are reserving for parties now. The food menu seemed good for a kid place - we know they love chicken tenders, mozz. sticks, etc. and the prices were very reasonable. They have wall climbing, virtual reality, dodgeball, battle beams, trampolines, slam dunk zone, warrior course/gym, and more. They are a few massage chairs around too (yes, you have to pay for these and not allowed to sit around and lounge on them so don't try it). Staff were nice and looked like they were having fun playing with the kids or refereeing. They do have memberships available starting at about $9.99/month and up + parent membership @ $3.99/month I wouldn't mind going back, I'd like to jump around too next time. read more

This is a wonderful place to take your kids of all ages! Even adults! We have attended this location at least 3 times now. Once it was pretty quiet and not alot of people and twice where it was quite crowded but well staffed and clean. There were monitors there to keep crowd control and injuries from happening. We had drinks and slushees there but didn't get chance to try their food. One time was for a teen birthday party and quite fun- adults and teens had a blast. Huge space to run and play too. read more

This place is MUCH smaller than other trampoline parks and has a very small trampoline area. From the looks of the crowd, they do not limit capacity, so expect it to be very crowded. I would not return. Recommend Fun City or Launch over here any day! read more

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT BOOK A PARTY. Sicklerville, NJ location. I arrived at 12:30 for my 1PM party, they said I had to wait until 12:45. They come back at 12:45 and tell me that I booked for 1:30pm which is false. Then the party "manager" proceeds to tell me that someone called yesterday and tried to move the party to 4:30pm... yet I'm the one that had anything to do with booking the party. so immediately she was lying. The party host did not do her job and took it upon herself to add things to the bill WITHOUT authorization. I booked for 24 children, give or take a few. she ran out of bracelets and went and grabbed 7 more, gave them to adults and random children that my daughter did not invite and said nothing to me about it until the end. Her excuse was that "I wasn't there".... If she had questions, she should have spoken with me. The guests coats, shoes, and gifts were all over the place while every other party had their areas complete with a cart neatly holding everyone's items. I told the party hosts and she just said "oh okay". The only thing the party host did was pass out the pizza. I passed out the cupcakes and had everyone sing and directed everyone on direction.. why is the party host included in the package if I was going to host the party?? I had multiple guests that were 5 yrs and under, i asked if I could get them discounted bracelets and add it on the back end of the party, the party host said she would ask, 20 min later she said that the party manager said no and proceeded to put the regular bracelets on the babies and said i had to pay for them separately. I went to the counter and paid for discounted brackets for the younger guests and another manager stated that i could have just added it to my bill... when the party was over, the "host" told me i needed to go check out, i asked what the total was. she returns 20 min later with a total, not including the add ons that SHE added. i told her i need a complete total and to include my military discount. she returns 20 min later and said "did you check out yet? I need you to do that NOW" i said, you didn't bring me a final total and I need to speak with a manager. she proceeds to ask me "why?". I also asked for anyone BUT the party "manager" yet she was apparently the only one available when all of this was going on. The party "manager" is absolutely DESPICABLE. She stared at me in a way as if she wanted to do something. the party was going to be about $1,000, luckily my mother in law handled the manager and was able to talk it down but it is the principle. This one of the most ratchet, ghetto, and disgusting establishments I've ever been in. Please do not give them a dollar. absolutely REVOLTING, i will never go back there and I encourage anyone that reads this to as well. The party "manager" and that party host need to be fired and they also need to train their "party hosts" correctly if you're going to add them to your package. read more

Considering what I say below, my kids do enjoy it there... and it's clean. However, they will charge you for socks and not allow you to wear other socks from other trampoline parks. Never had this issue elsewhere, but it's truly corporate robbery. Kids run the place. Even who I think was the manager liked like a teenager. No older adults in sight. There's a security guard, but no management to discuss complaints about corporate policies. I don't care if it's a ridiculous complaint. Based on the principle, I'd rather to another trampoline park who doesn't care about socks. read more

Went here for birthday party recently and had an absolute horrible experience. My son has food allergies so we usually bring food for him as he usually can't eat the food. This has never been a problem until we came to this place. The manager refused to allow him eat the food we brought and gave him the option to eat outside and come back in. The manager did bot care about the issue. This is discriminating towards kids with food allergies. instead of addressing my concerns with my review on Facebook they remove the review section altogether to hide the bad reviews. If your kid has food allergies, don't come here. read more

As a frequent guest at Urban Air Adventure Park, I am unfortunately forced to give this establishment low marks as a result of my last visit being the tipping point. I am all for employing the young, and giving them the opportunity to learn and grow. But the level of disrespect, unprofessionalism and selective enforcement of rules at this place is very disheartening. It all started with my second trip to the trampoline park this month since I am monthly pass holder. On several occasions while checking in, I ask the cashier if they could give me change for a $20 bill so that I can pay for a locker because the locker machine doesn't give change, and they always oblige. However, today, when I asked the first cashier who checked my child and I in, she said that she didn't have cash, but the next cashier would give it to me. I went to the next cashier. I asked the young lady for change for $20 so that I could pay for the locker, and she replied "You have to buy something if you want change." I responded saying that I am buying something because I'm paying for the locker. I went on to say that I was just here 5 days ago, and the other cashier gave me change with no problem. The young lady replied in an aggressive tone, "I'm not the other cashier!" The original cashier that directed me to this cashier was silent and said nothing at this point. A customer on the line who over heard the conversation told me that I could go to the snack area and get change. I got change from that area with no problem, and was able to pay for a locker. Second incident on this same day involved using the trampolines upstairs. When my child and I walked over to the trampolines, I observed a Jewish lady and her little daughter jumping on one of the trampolines together. So I proceeded to get on the other trampoline with my child. About 3-5 minutes went pass. At this point, I was approached by one of the workers, a young lady, who walked over to us and said, "Only one person on the trampoline at a time." I replied, ok, but there was just 2 people on the trampoline when we walked over here. Once again, I was replied to with an aggressive tone, "Well I wasn't here, but you can go to another trampoline now." I got off the trampoline, and let my child continue jumping. And no less than 2-3 minutes later, 2 little Caucasian boys started jumping on the trampoline together. No one said anything to them either. Lastly, I was sitting on the bench holding a slushy in my hand for my child while I keep an eye on them, as I saw other people doing. I was approached by 2 workers who told me "No food or drinks in the area." I was not drinking anything. My child did not want any at the moment. They instead wanted to play. I couldn't throw it away, so I held it. I saw a couple of other parents doing the same thing, and if something was said to them, they totally ignored it. If rules are gonna be enforced, then they have to be enforced across the board. No one spending their hard earned money, and bringing their child to an establishment should be made to feel like they're being singled out. At this point, I am hard pressed to co-sign for other parents that I know to bring their children here because I don't want them to experience the same treatment. read more

I will not visit again. We celebrated my son's 10th birthday today and 2 guests with severe food allergies were denied personal food that they carried in (nothing excessive! They each had a small, single serve meal item brought by their parents) the manager advised I could purchase something from the café. However cross contamination with items that could potentially cause an allergic reaction for the children could not be guaranteed! The manager had the nerve to say the party was only two hours, and they didn't even need to eat. So my son's 2, 10yr old friends w severe food allergies should watch their friends eat? I feel this was really handled poorly and frankly a form of discrimination. Not to mention that we spent quite a bit of money on this birthday party. The personnel responsible for communicating the policy guidelines are lacking in their knowledge thereof. Consequently, they are disseminating erroneous information to patrons over the phone during booking regarding the admissibility of certain items within the building premises. For instance, a group of children was furnished with a tablecloth and a modest number of cupcakes. Subsequently, it was communicated to the group that a fee of one hundred dollars would be levied to retain possession of the tablecloth. In my personal experience, the interaction with a staff member at the establishment in question was marked by condescension. If I wanted to be talked down to I would engage in conversation with a stilt man at a circus. This sentiment was further compounded by the presentation of alternative facts regarding the situation, which included a discussion of the owners' supposed monitoring of individuals' movements via cameras in the sky, despite the lack of relevance to the matter at hand. While the purchase of day passes and receipt of permission to bring in certain items had already been established, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $100 or remove ourselves and items from the grounds. Despite these inconveniences, the physical amenities of the establishment were satisfactory, and the sight of an armed security guard upon entry served to create a sense of reassurance. His handgun is clearly visible, letting everyone know he is ready to dispatch with any possible threats at your child's birthday party. Overall, while the customer service experience was suboptimal, the facilities themselves were pleasant but not enough to patron them again. read more

Food is awesome! Kids love it there but they need more works especially in the rock climbing area, and the playground type area with the tunnels ect. I forget what it's called. They have a Lotta older kids that come and get dropped off or are just not being watched and they are either jumping in front of the line or not letting others play etc. and it's overwhelming And the younger kids get scared. read more
