Overall, the experience here was great. The prices are fair and the selection seems great. Jake answered all my many questions without complaint. In fact, he encouraged me. I wasn't sure which type of shower and tub system I wanted While answering my questions and offering advice there was no pressure from him. I changed my mind several times and he changed the order without a worry. I did have a couple problems getting through to him at times as the place can get a little busy. So if you're planning on going in and want individualized attention make an appointment. One of the things they sold me didn't fit because of how my house is framed.
