I ordered a kitchen sink from another vendor that showed up broken twice and left me without a kitchen for an extra week and my contractor with nothing to do. Since I'm local, I called a few places around town to try to find a sink I could pick up the same day and Brad was incredibly helpful in locating an open-box item that was the perfect size and even texted me a picture. It was in our hands in a few hours and installed in my kitchen by the end or the night. My contractor said they had a great selection and very good prices. Hard to get this kind of help anymore. Extremely bad customer service. For return, you have to pay the mailing fee out of pocket which could be expensive for a household item. Then, they'll find an excuse to not refund you but if you're lucky and they do they will decrease a 15% of the price as restocking fee. read more

Ordered a vanity online, paid for the order. A few hours later I was informed that gee, sorry, I guess we don't have that item any more but we'll refund your money....... in 2-3 business days. If you collect the money for a product you had better have the product, and if you don't, you should not act like it's no big deal that you took my money for a non-existent product. They had a huge selection of all kinds of open box items with slashed prices which was exactly what I was looking for because I hate paying full price for anything. I wish I could give this business 0 stars. I wish I had read these review before placing my order. Please take the 1 star ratings for BlueBath seriously. One possible reason for the poor quality of their products is that they all ship from the manufatures or third party warehouses. BlueBath never sees your product and has no quality control. Their online service is just an order processing company. I specifically ordered 2 sinks and a faucet from BlueBath because, according to their website, they had them in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. I placed my order on Saturday and assumed the order would not go in until Monday, which was fine. Late Monday I got the order confirmation email. I scheduled my granite guy for Friday. Wednesday I went to BlueBath to track my order. According to my order confirmation email: "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order." As of Wednesday PM I had not received anything. I poked around their website for quite a while only to discover I could not track my order onlilne throught their website. Thursday I called BlueBath to ask about my order, as if it was not on the truck I would need to reschedule my granite guy. I was told part of my order shipped that day from 1 vendor and the other was expected to ship that day from another warehouse, and they did not have the tracking information to give to me. they would call the vendors and get it and email me the info. This was approx 2:30pm eastern time. I called my granite guy and reschuled. I asked the BlueBath rep to explain why all 3 of my items, listed as shipping in 1-2 days were being shipped in 4-5 days and he blamed the vendors and warehouses. I explained the the "ships in 1-2 days" was the primary reason for choosing BlueBath. He insisted it was due to the vendors and not BlueBath's fault - big help. Friday at 1pm eastern, I had not received any tracking info. I called BlueBath and was told that my order was actually shipping from 3 different vendors/warehouses, not 2. I was also told that it was too late in the day yesterday to call the vendors for tracking info so they were emailed and the BlueBath rep would now put me on hold to call and follow up on those emails. This was a load since I had called early in the afternoon and there is no reason all 3 shippers should be closed at 2:30pm on a Thursday. I asked to speak to someone with my complaint and was told I would have to hold first for them to get my tracking number - really!?! I have to hold while you do your job you were supposed to do yesterday before I can complain about you? I said, "If that's what I have to do." She said it was. After being on hold (10 min long distance), I was told she still did not have the info and would email me when she got it. She would now transfer me to someone to handle my complaint. Basically, I got an apology. I think for a company who's only job is to process your order and forward you another vendor's tracking info, they would take the timeliness of those orders going out and the provisioning of those tracking numbers more seriously. I mean really, that is their only job. BTW, I just received an email with 2 of 3 tracking numbers, but no invoice or description of which tracking number is for what. Literally: "Per our conversation over the phone, I have two tracking numbers ready for you, both shipped with FedEx: 92770023350, 574473548879." That is it, no additional info. Nice read more

Running into a glitch with the on-line ordering process, I telephoned: Brad was enormously patient and helpful and confirmed the product was in stock - many are on back order. He even thoughtfully advised against paying extra for shipping since manufacturer of our chosen product is also in the west. We are fans! read more

We bought two granite sinks that were not compatible with our remodel and we were able to exchange them for stainless steel ones with the help of the store manager, Brad. Blue Bath shipped a sink product to me twice. It arrived broken twice. My project is now running behind as a result -- and Blue Bath will not send a replacement by overnight delivery. I do not recommend this company. UPDATE - We received another (third) broken sink on August 29. At this point we will be going with another option because this company clearly has a significant issue with their products. While they state in their response to this review that the situation is rare, we have found that there are additional negative reviews online and have contacted the California Attorney General's office asking them to open an investigation for fraudulent business practices. Blue Bath gets your money by providing false prices online, incorrectly stating that the product is not available and then trying to sell you other and more expensive products. I ordered a double sink vanity via their site because it was cheaper than any other store. Next day, they sent me an email saying that the supplier is out of stock, they don't have ETA and it will probably take 2-3 months to receive it. They offered me other and more expensive products to buy. So, i called the supplier to verify whether Blue Bath provided accurate information and the supplier said that the store is providing false information because the vanity will be available next week. I spoke to the manager of Blue Bath by the name of Ben and he said that they cannot help me provided an option to buy another (more expensive) vanity or cancel the order. I ordered an item on bluebath.com that was listed as in stock. I later received an email stating they'd checked with the supplier and the item would not be back in stock with the supplier, for 7 weeks and could I wait. I hadn't checked yelp reviews because it was a Google Trusted Store with a lot of good reviews. I can only imagine its all the orders their suppliers were able to ship, since it appears Blue Bath doesn't have items actually in stock at any time. I requested a full refund. It took 2 years to, get my very expensive spa running and only partially, some of the features advertised still don't work,they totally breached the warranty,made me pay for parts that were defective when they shipped the spa, then twice sent parts that were for other models. The two previous bad reviews about Blue Bath are undeserved. Initially I was hesitant to order from their website because of the low star rating, but actually reading the reviews, I think they are a little unfair. So, I took a chance and ordered anyways. I ordered a La Toscana shower system from them. I placed the order on Wednesday and got a confirmation number on my order that was placed online. On Monday, I still haven't received a tracking number, so I called the business. A woman picked up the phone, checked my order, and assured me the order had been placed, and that I will receive a shipping confirmation by email once it was shipped. On Tuesday, I received a tracking number by email, and by Wednesday, I received the product as described. Their price is a lot better than faucetdirect.com or efaucets.com, or even Amazon.com. One week to ship from New Jersey to California is not bad at all. I will definitely buy from them again. Don't be scared off by their lower price. They are legit. read more

We order a bathtub and spend $2200 via bluebath.com. A few months after the order was placed , we installed the bathtub with our contractor and when the remodeling of our house was completed we start using bath & after few times noticed in the corner of the tub a bubble which started growing after filling it with water a few times....we were not sure what it was but after using less then 10 times bath , we noticed that bubble opened up and became a crack. We stopped using the bathtub and contacted bluebath , unfortunately during this time they couldn't locate our order ( Rick was helping us at that time) and then we got transferred to this lady ( sorry , I couldn't remember her name) but she was useless as well and basically we were told that unfortunately we can't help you & please contact a 3rd party company which is a distributor in the US and represents the manufacture. After contacting them back and forth, they sent us back to blue bath to research and trace the order number as they couldn't find it in their system as well. After spending almost 3 months on the research of our order , finally we were able to find order under a completely misspelled name. However at that time they mention that regardless they will not be able to help us as they have limited time warranty which is 1 year. I would understand that on the parts , but not on the entire bathtub ! After arguing for a long time , we started working on our own, looking for contractors who can basically come and fix the issue , however it turned out that all professionals, after observing the crack on the tub, came to the same conclusion : "After careful consideration, I regret that we must decline the offer of proposal for the following reasons: 1) Jacuzzi bath tub has factory defects that will be on going through out tub 2) If repairs are done on Jacuzzi bath tub peeling and blistering bubbles, other areas of tub will continue to blister and start peeling from acrylic finish lifting off tub surface. 3) Due to our professional opinion in bath tub restorations, this Jacuzzi bath tub should be replaced by manufacturing company because of factory defects. When I got back in touch with BlueBath , they were willing to offer me "in good Faith" only $500! It is pointless to mention that that when you buy a product, you have certain rights as a consumer. The most basic is the right to be safe while using the item. Blue Bath doesn't have any obligation to the consumer about selling manufacture safe products. They fail in this obligation and I definitely feel hurt by the use of this low quality product, I wish I could speak with someone more experienced in that area or contact law office who will be able to provide me guidance and support in the defective product areas , or at least speak with someone who can represent us. I truly believe that we deserve better handling of this situation and will be offered ether replacement of the bath tub or our money back. The product was defective from the beginning and dangerous to use , and honestly speaking put the entire family at risk of significant personal injury. I haven't filed a complaint yet , but if you guys are planning to buy a product from bluebath double check the quality and warranty from the beginning. If it would be my choice ,. Wow!!! my bad,look before you purchase. Really bad reviews for this company. I purchased over a $700.00 toilet from this company and was offered at the time, an $80.00 upgrade crome flusher. The salesman said the toilet included a white plastic one, but this might be something you might like and if not I could return it. Well of course I didn't read the fine print, that it had to be returned within 30 days. If anyone has a contractor that can complete a 40k bathroom remodel, tearing walls down and all new plumbing in 30 days let me know. My contractor wound up not even starting my project until 3 months later. By the time he was done I decided that the crome flusher was not the look we wanted. Brand new right out of the box, they would not accept the return, even though they still sell the item. I can understand if a product is discontinued or is put on sale, you will not get to return it or for the lesser value, but not at Blue Bath. They said it was there policy and the manufacturer would not accept the return. I own a business and as a business owner yes we all have policys, however there are exceptions and circumstances with every sale. If Blue Bath had any credibility with the manufacturer, the manufacturer would accept the return. If Blue Bath had any credibility they would accept the return. Estimated three weeks for delivery... was very pleasantly surprised that the entire order arrived from California to Ohio in less than two weeks.
