I exchanged the lampshade 2 times and both times the owners Alex and his wife Agnes were utterly professional, understanding and apologetic, explaining that the damage sometimes occurs in shipping. Prior to purchasing the lampshades, they encouraged me to bring in the lamps to decide the proper size and were so kind, helpful and patient in assisting me with the perfect lampshade. I have been coming here since then for all of my lighting needs and recently had 2 lamps repaired. Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough and recommended changing the outdated and unsafe electrical cord on 1 of the lamps. He repaired both lamps quickly and charged fairly.
