I asked for a simple, one-length cut, which should be basic, yet it was not executed well despite her claiming 16 years of experience. She spent a lot of time talking and trying to make it seem like I, the customer, was wrong or didn't understand hair. If the result had matched all that confidence, fine. But talking a lot and then failing to deliver is not good customer service. I'm really disappointed and now have to pay someone else to fix the uneven, poorly done work on my hair. I really wish I could get a full refund.

The salon is well designed, has appealing decor and a delightful feel. We were greeted by a welcoming, friendly, and helpful woman at the desk (who I presume is the salon owner). She made it easy to get my daughter in for a hair cut today. Today, Ella did an awesome job...my daughter's cut and dutch braids with hair charms came out fresh and fun! My daughter is thrilled with the results!! Not only is Ella a wonderful stylist, she has a personality to match. She is inviting, engaging, sweet, and listens well.
