I found this gem of a shop after my tech left my old shop and didn't tell me where he was going. Best thing that could've ever happened to me. You know they say nothing happens by mistake. My first visit I was hooked. The shop is nice and clean and pretty which is huge for me. The service is better tho! I got my nails done by Sky and he is top tier. I love his work and his personality is amazing. He made me feel right at home. Such a kind soul. He made me fall in love with my first set of Tap Gel nails and I'm never going anywhere else. Got a manicure today. Made appointment 2 weeks ago with same lady that did my nails then. She wasn't there. They argued with me saying my appointment wasn't with her. The lady I got today is the lady that I used a month ago. The lady that talked on her phone during my entire appointment while doing my nails. Probably why she didn't notice I had fungus under one nail and nail bed separated from skin. That's why I had to remove acrylic nails. This Appointment today was for a manicure & old school nail polish. Only one coat of polish and zero massage. I asked front desk when paying if a manicure no longer includes massage, as i didn't get a massage. He went back and asked technician. Told me yes a "little massage". I repeated I didn't get a "little massage" or even a 2nd coat of polish. He didn't care. I had been going there for months and bringing my three daughters for their acrylic nails. Great experience. I grabbed my morning coffee and right next door with UNB. So why not get a morning pedicure with my coffee. The staff were so friendly and very polite. I found this place on apple maps and was attracted to it due to their high standards of cleanliness. I went in for a removal and full set of and but ended up getting gel x instead (which I love!) and added a pedicure. Everyone there was super friendly and extremely accommodating I felt so comfortable. However I am not completely happy with the work. The curing of my gel x nails was so painful I kept pulling my hand away from the light because the tech was curing it so closely it was burning so badly! I let her know and she continued to cure it directly under. I also don't like that you can see the glue under the nail. It looks like something I could've done myself at home. She also didn't completely cover the nail in clear coat and I can see where it ends. Moving on to my pedicure...I thought she did a great job until I got home and saw the bumps on my toe. Why wasn't it fixed? I'm just appalled that she cured it looking like that. She also cured the top coat onto my skin and didn't wipe it off. Which is extremely concerning considering that's how allergies can be formed. The reason for the 4 stars is because I really did like this place and it was gorgeous and super clean but it just did not do it for me in regards to the quality of the services I received. read more

First I came cause reviews , I'm a license tech in Washington state so I know what is suppose to be done, but I am on the road traveling and need my nails done for my Entertaining Job,. there is only one good nail tech here and that's Austin who I was supposed to have but didn't get , instead I got James, who started with dirty unsanitary implements and nail bits that weren't safety near my cuticle . After mentioning he's close to my cuticle without a safety drill bit he went gentler but still with used unsanitary implements. Actually at this point acrylic laid and we about to start painting and everything looks good until the design, now when I said I wanted a design they should of handed me off to someone who could do it , but didn't. I had to point out dirt and hairs in my nail polish and force dude to get rid of them and finally before he started the other hand I said I didn't like it and he'll broke lose now I'm a problem and should of been said something, like sorry sir I'm just seeing how UGLY THESE ARE CAUSE YOU KEPT TRYING TO RUSH THEM UNDER THE LIGHT! So I start crying showing them pics of what I wanted and that it's nothing like it so this older lady takes me and she starts AGRESSIVELY filing my nails down , like no STOP! , I got up paid them their funky 50 bucks and walked out in 110 degree weather crying my eyes out, I'm such a sweet bubbly girl and it takes a lot to make me breakdown like this I'm tough and patient . They just made me feel so abused and miserable. and I'm not soft or passive aggressive I just know if I slapped any of them I was going to jail. read more

They still honored my gift card but accidentally used it on the girl in front of me which was a time consuming ordeal but anyways the service was not good. Not only that but they overcharged me instead of offering the 20% discount that was offered on the banner out front for the new ownership. Had to leave with my nails like this after an hour and a half. They were understaffed and didn't care so we already had to wait. The owner tried to have us pay for these after I said I was leaving to get them done elsewhere. She said I could come back in two days and get them fixed but unfortunately I will not be returning. I don't mind if my nails aren't perfect, but these nails were just awful. I also just had my wisdom teeth removed and haven't been feeling well and this ruined my day. Wasted two hours and I have to book an appointment somewhere else to get my nails done again. Really disappointed in how this was handled. read more

The lady who did my nails seemed to be doing them in a hurry, it was an older lady so I'd hope she knew what she was doing but no this is the first time I've ever seen someone cut the shaping of the nail with BABY SCISSORS. Never going back. I left that place with glue still stuck on my hands, the areas around my nails were not done good nor the shaping, I was very disappointed they couldn't do the original picture (they did say it looked like a sticker) but if you couldn't do exactly what I wanted why continue my service? I explained that to the lady and I said I will go somewhere else to my usual nail place, I only went here cause my sister loves how they do her nails and I believe it was a male who did hers. They insisted to redo it with a different design. He eventually redid mine and added gems to it. They were nice about it, but it had only been 4 days and a nail already broke.
