Less destructive issues included slanty ceilings, squeaky stairs and various electrical quirks. Not to mention that, standing in the apartment, five stories above Davidson, it's possible to hear a conversation, word-for-word, going on in the streets. The apartment managers are all housed at the sister property, Alpha Mill, and Fat City can sometimes be forgotten.
