Rating this 3 stars for literally being A-OK. Granted, I am not a young middle or high schooler anymore, so maybe that's where my bias comes in. The style of clothing was laughable to me (See pics of manicans I posted) but I know thats also just a genererational gap. There were a handful of clothing items I did actually like (and my friend did as well) but when we check the price tag, it is outrageous. There was a sweatshirt that was mismatched to look as if it were two completely separate sweatshirts stitched together. I thought that was a cool look, check the price tag, and its $100. You can tell the demographic they are catering toward here is 13-19 year olds with a lot of extra money to spare. I know, cause it used to be me. All that negativity and nostalgia aside, this specific Urban Outfitters located in the same location it's been for over a decade, right at the King St. & Calhoun St. crossing near Marion Park. It's a perfect location, and the facility itself is large and beautiful with the high beams and architecture. The store is neat and tidy and the workers appear to be doing their job just fine. So, if you wanna go to an UO, this is the one to go to!

Urban outfitters I don't know the history of this building but it was one of the best! I was told it was an original theater and then went on to a community theater and then it was a place that were set up for Art. They still have the original drop-down curtains and the framing, brick and the original chandelier that was placed in there when the building was first built. People were so friendly and it was so clean and organized I WOULD recommend.

Urban Outfitters is a funky store. It offers a nice variety of clothes and accessories for men and women. Many of the items are unique and can't be found in other clothing stores. This would be a great place to grab a gift for someone special. The store is massive--with two floors but it's always super organized and neat. I don't usually purchase anything but I like browsing around.

Often times to find anything unique I end up shopping online. If I'm hanging around downtown though I will stop into Urban and check out what they have. Probably one of the only places around that have slim cut pants and shorts for men. They used to have a larger men's shoe selection. Now they seem to just have toms, vans, and those basic plimsol shoes. Kind of disappointing since I had some good shoe finds there in the past. It also seems that many places around have scaled down there men's sections. Urban included. What I love more than anything about this place is the building. It used to be an old theater called the Garden Theater. Urban bought it and left most of the original charm and worked around it. I must say for a national chain they did a pretty good job of preserving the interior integrity of this building. Don't get me wrong, I would love to clear the place out and throw events there or create a giant studio apartment for me to live in. I don't see that happening anytime soon so I will stick with an occasional visit when I need some new pants.

I don't normally shop here, but sometimes I can find a unique item when I stop in. The sales associates are always friendly and greet me when I walk in to the store. Items here are on the pricier side, so I always make sure to buy items on sale. Whenever I'm in the area, I always make a point to stop by. I love looking around and seeing what's in the store. On this most recent visit, I had a return and the process was quick and easy.

Went here for the architecture and some light shopping, but literally not a single employee addressed me other than the sweetheart guy in the dressing room. The facility is gorgeous and people will keep coming because it's Urban, but a little friendliness goes a long way.

Urban Outfitters on King Street in Charleston is a great place to find clothes, accessories, and many other types of items at a good value. I like the selection as you never know what you are going to find once you start browsing and digging around. I like the feel and vibe of this store as it is wide open and in a repurposed theater with high ceilings and a balcony that is fun to explore and walk around in. The staff here is very helpful and attentive and will make sure that you have everything that you need while you are shopping here. I have found some good items here for myself and also many other gift ideas for others on my gift list. They always seem to be getting new items in here and it is worth visiting regularly to check it out.

This store felt more like a boutique (brain fart) in downtown santa barbara. Unlike the other U/O stores in Atlanta and S.F., this one was high end. When I mean high end, you walk into the store, and there is a nice selection of shades. First counter was Tom Fords, followed by Oliver peoples, prada, etc. This store felt more like barneys co op. The price tags at the store also followed the barneys too. Friendly service, really clean (very unlike U/O), and attentive team. Instead of filling up the store with all the obnoxious junk one would find at a typical U/O store, they made a wise selection of goods.

Most people probably know kind of merchandise on sale here. Kinda slightly more trendy version of Gap. However, this particular store is worth a visit just because of the building. Very cool, with historic interior beautifully highlighted. Should take a look even if kind of gear they sell not your thing. And what a chandelier!

You can still see the high and carved ceilings, there is still a visible staging area where they keep the fitting rooms, and a balcony on the second floor.

I am not trendy. I am all about cute, comfortable, and classic clothes in beautiful colours, styles, great quality, and at a good price. I bought this dress in size small in four colours (olive green, pictured, royal blue, burgundy, and classic red). They all fit perfectly! They land at mid-thigh (front) on me at 5'7" and hang longer in the back to keep the rush appropriately covered no matter how ample the tushy. The material is soft and has a considerable amount of stretch to it. The sleeves fit tight from the shoulder to the wrist but not so much so that you cannot pull them up. There is A LOT of movement to this dress so I chose to wear short exercise shorts under it to keep from flashing the masses. Last week, DU had several items on sale so I purchased a few more similar tiered dresses in muted colours from them through their IG shop. They shipped THE SAME DAY! I got notifications through each step of my order. Their quality and price is still on point! So many dresses...so little time.

I found a pair of snake print pleather leggings that fit and were only like 20$. The place was cute, loved the entrance of the shop and the backdrop by the register. The lady who started a fitting room for me was also great. They also offered a seating area for this hot guy.

The entire team here was incredibly helpful - from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. Multiple people checked in on us while we were shopping: one woman went to the back to search for alternate sizes, while another grabbed multiple sizes from the floor for me while I was in the fitting room. Madewell is not cheap - because it's literally made well. Their clothes are investments, and they're built to last! Even still, they had some great sales going on. I found one of my favorite pairs of pants on clearance for $10! I am sorry to say that I didn't get anyone's names before we left - but I'm extremely grateful to this entire team for making sure we had a positive shopping experience, especially in such a high traffic area like King St.

That makes it super helpful that they have a brick and mortar store here on King St where you can find your exact size and then continue to order online. The mens sections is pretty small, maybe 1/4 or less of what the womens is, but it's still better than no mens section like many other stores. The prices are on the higher end, but they always run sales so I suggest waiting for one if it's not something you need right away. So far I only have pants from there which I really like and I may try their t-shirts soon. They look like they have good weight and a good fit too.
