I find that each time I visit my local UO, it gets a little less cool and a lot more pricey. Back in the day, it was completely different, but now, I'm a little unimpressed with the selection and this specific location is unorganized and crowded. came here on black friday, i brought my mini backpack because i was out photographing and my girlfriend insisted on shopping here. my mom ended up calling me halfway through my time here and i answered and went through my bag to show a pair of socks i previously bought at a different store. while doing this a worker started pointing at me and laughing at me to her friend. she then rounded up 4 different worker to follow me around the store as i just tried to find my girlfriend and leave while talking on the phone. the entire time i was just chatting about the deals at the other shops loudly so the 4 people would maybe stop stalking me and laughing at me TO MY FACE. they'd come up really close to me and ask me how my shopping experience was super close to my face, i know theyre trained not to confront people who may be shoplifting but it honestly felt harassing. i didn't want anything from the store anyways and just wanted to please my girlfriend by entering and occupying myself as she shopped. instead i have teenagers pointing and laughing at me while im just trying to talk to my mom on the phone. they also were talking loudly about how they need people at the front and were fully pointing st me and giving me a dirty look. it was the WORST shopping experience i've ever had. i can understand trailing me silently because i had a bag and was going through it at one point, but there was no need for a spectacle and trying to humiliate me it and call me dumb to your friend LITERALLY 5 ft away from me. read more

Well, I have to update my review, because I've had plenty of good experiences at Urban Outfitters since that first odd one. Maybe I was just feeling sensitive that day? I don't know! They sell some really cool stuff. Beyond men's and women's clothing they offer accessories, jewelry, bath and beauty products, books, a pretty decent vinyl selection, some cassettes (why?), decorations, home goods, and lots of other totally random things. Yes, it is aimed toward college kids, but if you are outside of that demographic you'll still find plenty of appealing and interesting goods. It's a great place to shop for gifts, too, just because they tend to have some unusual items. Prices are really pretty decent, and their sales can be excellent. Download their app for additional deals, along with coupons once you've spent a certain amount of money. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. The store is really wide open, high ceiling-ed, and pleasant to shop. read more

The employees here are trained in customer service. They offer coupons and the best deals without me having to ask. Sign up with their app to get bonuses. They have unique, more expensive, items which are trendy. I'm happy they're in fashion place mall so I don't have to drive and park downtown in the urban jungle. I ordered a wall hanging online yesterday to pick up at their store within 24 hours. After driving to the mall and going inside to pick up my order, they said they sold my wall hanging. Kind of upset! They promised to mail one to me, but they better not charge me twice! read more

I have shopped at urban outfitters for about 8 years. I feel recently their quality of clothing has gone way way down hill! I no longer purchase clothes from here since I can find something similar at the DI. I wished they carried different aesthetic's of clothing here. The three stars are for their home goods! If the whole store was home goods I would give it 5 stars! Very cute trendy home decor! The section they have here is so small! I wish they would make it much bigger. Every time i have come to this location it seems they never have my size out. There was a sweatshirt i had asked the front counter if they had a size M or L when on the floor they only had out a Small and no other sizes. The girl said they had a bunch in the back when the other co worker proceeded to say "the back is closed for inventory " in a very condescending tone. First of all, it's hard for me already that i am not the skinniest girl to fit in a XS-S but for the work to shut me down saying they can't go to the back to get my size was outrageous and rude. After i spent over $300 at this store and have spent hundreds there in the past. I proceeded to ask if i could order it online now to my inconvenience i have to wait 7 days for shipping because they were either too lazy or rude to grab the right size from the back. I will not be shopping with urban outfitters after this experience. Not only did they make me feel bad about my size but completely inconvenienced me due to laziness. If you have inventory don't do it during business hours. Treat your customers with respect. read more

I went to this particular Urban Outfitters last night, and wow! The store is clean and the employees are very helpful. I was helped by one girl in particular. Her name was Sophia, and while she was kind of stinky, she helped me make an almost 200$ purchase! what incredible salesperson skills! I went in looking for a case for my airpods and came out with 5 shirts and 2 sweaters plus the airpods case! Fantastic! If you go to this store, make sure you ask for Sophia (just ignore her stench, it's worth it) and be prepared to have your mind blown! She will help you navigate all the sales and discounts so you can get an incredible amount of whatever you want for a reasonable price! read more
