I'm from California wanting to buy boots for my husband, grandson and myself. I was at the register to pay and since one of my orders needed to be shipped to my home. They needed the "Manager" I was in line in front of the "Manager" He was counting money and not once acknowledged myself and my family. The young lady at the next register asked him if she can help? He said yes, now I move to her and everything was going great. Until she needed his assistance to place my order. The sales reps that assisted us with Brent and Damien were very helpful and respectful. The register young lady asked the manager for help. Well, this is when I experience the poor customer service management. He ignored her and the sales rep since they kept going to him for help. 15 mintutes go by and nothing. What is he doing? Out there looking at some lights outside the store? Mind you im still patiently waiting for him to assist his employee. I asked the workers is there another manager and unfortunately they said no! I respectfully said "wow does he always do this? Or it just happens to be that I'm the lucky one that's gets this type of service? Keep in mind I work for customer service in management for a pediatric and invasive vent patients division. I take my job with pride and willing to HELP. I don't let color, race or politics evolve with my duties as management. Im giving a 1 star because of their poor management. As far as the workers I will give them a 5 star. Like the obvious bridezilla that I have become in the last months, I made my fiancee bring his suit and matching shoes to the store because I wanted him to try different ties and cufflinks with it, and make sure it matches perfectly. As soon as we walked in the door Donny welcomed us with a smile and put his knowledge to work. He clearly understood how much of a big deal this was for us, and he helped us find the perfect tie and cufflinks for the wedding. At the end of it all, he spent almost an hour just with the two of us making sure we were happy with our choices and we that didn't have any other questions. I honestly can't believe how much dedication and time he put into helping us even though we were only purchasing two things and it was clear we were not going to buy a suit or anything else at the store. At the end, we went with one of his choices and thanks to Donny, my fiancee will look even more handsome at our wedding this upcoming January.

I walk in and was greeted by a lady which seemed to be genuine. When I told her I was just browsing, she turned around and started talking about me to the other lady that was working. Then another customer came in with her spouse, and they joined in. When I moved into the dressing room, they got even more vocal. After I tried on my clothes, I asked the sales attendant if they had something in store that was XS in length. Instead of looking for me, she said very shortly, Online. She didn't even offer to help look for it. After that I decided, I won't be giving this store my service any longer. I HAVE NEVER, EVER, had an experience like this Or felt isolated and bullied to leave a store. I am just shocked by this experience. I go to that location often and this was the first time. I won't be going back.

So naturally when I was strolling around the shops at La Cantera, I was excited when I spotted an Aritzia. Because, where else can you find an arcade machine in a clothing store? I was super stoked. Walking in, I scoured the entire store for the metallic arcade machine. I saw the snow globe lit Aritzia puffy sphere, but unfortunately this Aritzia does not have the arcade machine. Queue sadness. What they do have, however, appears to be a selection stylish clothing that is not excessively priced. The staff working here are quite helpful and friendly. They also appear to wear articles of clothing available in the store. They can accurately assess your size for each article of clothing, and won't hesitate to gather and carry your selected articles to the dressing room area. The dressing area contains curtains for each dressing stall. Additionally, there are mirrors which assist you in assessing your own appearance. There are also a few chairs and a couch in that area. Would I come back again? Probably only if they have the arcade machine available. Otherwise, it's not really a place I'd normally shop at since it doesn't contain garments that I wear. I found 3 of them for 50% off! I usually pay full price so getting them half off was awesome! I even had $15 in Angel Rewards. My friend found 5 sports bras at PINK & 4 of them were on sale for only $20 each. This might be the first time I went into VS in my life & I didn't buy panties but that's bc the big sale is today & we went yesterday. That was just bad timing! It saved me money though. The dressing rooms have complete walls from top to bottom. So, when we read that every other room was kept empty, we just found that to be a waste of dressing rooms, especially when at one point (on our 2nd trip to the dressing room) there was a short line to get a dressing room. Why does every other room need to be empty? That doesn't make any sense at all. Other than that peculiar quirk this location is excellent. The dressing rooms were clean & so was the entire store. It was kept very organized. We looked at some swimsuit bottoms & as we walked away Christina was making sure they looked perfectly lined up on the table. (SIDENOTE: the XS swim bottoms MIGHT fit a 10/12 year old girl so if you are looking for swim bottoms for your pre teen, check out the XS bottoms at VS/Pink. We couldn't believe how tiny they were.) After we left the dressing room Adriana asked my friend how the bras worked for her. These ladies know customer service! When we were standing in a fairly long line to check out, it moved quickly.... In no time, Elise was ready to check us out. We were chatting away & didn't see her at the far end. Vanessa let us know in a kind voice that Elise would be happy to check us out when we were ready. As we walked towards Elise I apologized for not paying attention. She was smiling at us & was so nice! She could've acted irritated but she didn't. She was wonderful! We bought quite a bit so while we were checking out we had great conversation with Vanessa (pretty sure she was the Mgr) & Elise. We even chatted w another shopper w a great name. (Random, I know...lol That's ME!) I had them laughing out loud before I left. Like I said told them.. life is too short to be bored. Thank you to the staff for being fantastic!
